Loved the vet. She was knowledgeable, non-judgmental, and immediately made me feel like she genuinely cared about the health and happiness of my pet (: Support staff was also very communicative when the wait time was longer than expected, which was appreciated!

Really enjoyed our first visit with Dr Martinez. Felt like she explained everything properly and did a thorough check-up being that it was our visit to establish care. Our tech was also incredibly caring while taking our information and during the exam. My only gripe was that we were charged a $5 medical waste fee after an automated email told us to bring in a stool sample for our first visit and it was not needed. It was simply discarded in the garbage bin in the exam room at the end of our visit. If this charge had been disclosed, I could have disposed of the sample myself.
