Great experience as usual....

Dr Clay and her staff care so much about our pets. She has worked with me on my pets care since day one. She listens and takes as much time as I need to answer all my questions. Also all the staff are smiling every time I go there. It s a wonderful atmosphere.

Everything was perfect. My dogs and I were nervous but the staff and doctor were very patient and answered all of my questions. They thoroughly explained what I needed to do and what would be next. Even when I returned the following day with stool samples, I was pleased with my interaction

Animal advocate is amazing! The staff are wonderful and always answer emails which we appreciate with busy schedules! They stay on top of prescriptions even with outside pharmacies and they work hard to combine appts and consolidate shots and labs for our 2 dogs! They are amazing with our reactive rescue and our energetic younger dog. We love animal advocate!

All the staff present were professional and caring. Joanna was attentive and projected concern,care and follow up toward my pet.The doctor called to ensure I understood what was going on with my pet and offered a clear understanding

Everyone was so polite and kind. I felt at ease brining Mimi here and can’t wait to have her there again. She’s not the friendliest kitty, but she felt safe enough with the staff.

the tech cut my cat s nails so short to the quick and had to put some yellow powder on his nails - I was not too happy about this

In previous appointments, they took my cat to a different room and did the checkup. This time, the doctor did the checkup in the same room where I was. I really appreciated that, and would love for that to happen every time if possible.

I feel the exam was not thorough. The doctor was very accommodating and allowed time to be spent with us, however, questions were not thoroughly answered and instead responded with jargon. Assessment of mouth and ears were not completed. Veterinarian only addressed questions and did not follow through with full assessment

First time fur mom here! I looked at tons of places and reviews before bringing my 10 week old puppy. I can honestly say, I feel they are the best! They answered all my questions, which were a lot. They made me feel confident and secure that my puppy’s health will be in good hands!!!! Thank you!!!

My one complaint is that I was told that I would receive follow-up information about - Arthritis treatments - Long term food prescription I have not been given that (or I have not found where that is)

I was going to a different vet in the area and the difference in service is tremendous! Animal advocate is responsive, well staffed, the technicians and vet were very nice and took the time to answer all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed and it’s the first time I feel like my check up was worth the money! Highly recommend

There was no one working at the reception desk so we were waiting in the lobby for a little while without direction, but otherwise everyone was amazing and very helpful!
