Great staff they love your pet ????????????

This was my first time having to take my pet to the vet so naturally, I think we were both nervous! But the staff was truly great and made us feel comfortable and did an overall great job with my pets care.

I want to compliment Dr. Woods and Joana on the care that each provided to my cat, Roger. They each handled Roger with extreme kindness and loving care, and Roger was very contented and unafraid while they handled him. I was very grateful. They are truly animal lovers. Please keep up the great work.

Best experience we ve had with our 11yr old baby at the vet. Staff was patient, gentle w/ her. They were able to sense her agitation time limit. It was as if she had been a long time patient, but it was her first visit. We thank you for accommodating her, she thanks you as well. I have never seen a receptionist at the front desk and each time I visit I wait at least five minutes before anyone notices I’ve arrived for my appointment. The exam room couch was covered in hair and smelled like dander so strong I thought I would start wheezing. Otherwise I appreciate how friendly and helpful the staff are. The doctors are attentive to my concerns and take the time to explain everything. I appreciate the transparency about pricing. The team took great care of my dog and she wasn’t traumatized from coming.

I really felt comforted at the moment when my cat needed professional help. From the facilities to the professionals who assisted us, everything reflects professionalism, quality, attention, and care. Thank you! Of course, I recommend this veterinary clinic!

I would recommend making sure rooms are ready to go in them before had I was put in a room with no air conditioning it was very hot it wasn t fixed until later on a lady(very kind she takes dogs blood test) turned it on for us I was also told that I would get a paper with a prescription for my dog at the end I asked for it and the guy attending us told us he didn t have enough time and that maybe next time he can print one out I have yet to receive the email I only received a receipt the vet doctor was very kind and patient

The care provided by the entire team is amazing. Bruno has been going there since he was 8 weeks old and we couldn’t be more happy or grateful. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and, most importantly, knowledgeable.

The order of negotiation was somewhat rushed. My pets attention should have preceeded any talk of signing contract rates. I felt compel to agree to service before service or no service. Luckily someone was there to mediated a better understanding . Thereby the way was cleared for a very beneficial visit. Thanks everyone!

Dr. Macleish and staff were great. I definitely felt like furbaby was in good hands. Strong communication from everyone. Provided details on post care which is great. I left knowing If I havd any questions I can reach out to them with no problems.

Another great experience with the team at Animal Advocate Pet Hospital! The technicians were great and thoroughly addressed any concerns I could have had and treated my sweet girl with the same care that I would. The team addressed her nerves/anxiety and worked to combat them. The doctor gave a detailed explanation of her findings from Millie s exam and made recommendations to proactively address health concerns that could advance in the future.

The wait time and overall time spent at appointments is very lengthy and seems inefficient. Overall, everything else is amazing but the lengthy appointments are off putting when thinking of scheduling future appointments.

Dr Clay and her staff care so much about our pets. She has worked with me on my pets care since day one. She listens and takes as much time as I need to answer all my questions. Also all the staff are smiling every time I go there. It s a wonderful atmosphere.

Everything was perfect. My dogs and I were nervous but the staff and doctor were very patient and answered all of my questions. They thoroughly explained what I needed to do and what would be next. Even when I returned the following day with stool samples, I was pleased with my interaction
