i know prices went up but for a annual check up but we didnt expect a $350 bill.. also we have to make a trip back because they forgot to give us our cats ear drops. but they were all very nice & friendly..

I got more than 20 reminders for my animal to be seen for her annual appointment, even though I already had an appointment scheduled. Sometimes I was notified at least twice a day. It s very taxing to have so many reminders. Also, I was notified to have a different pet come in for an appointment when they only had their nails cut one time by your practice. This pet does not live with me and lives with my ex. Since they are not in my care, I would appreciate not getting those reminders. I marked the rating down because my cat and I were told we had to either wait in the car or she could wait in the back since she was brought in on a leash. I checked your website before we came in today to ensure cats could still be brought in on a leash. When I first started coming to this practice, we were able to come in and wait in the waiting room while she was on the leash with no issue. She was adopted from a shelter and is very agitated and anxious in a carrier. It made me feel very unwelcome to have a new policy that is not clarified on the website. I prefer clear communication, especially when I m told over 20 times to come in for an appointment.
