Both the vet tech and Dr. Were extremely friendly, patient ane kind. I didn t feel rushed at all and they answered all of my concerns. They were both very loving and compassionate towards my dog! I appreciate the service I received today!!

First meeting with Dr. Holms was excellect, very concerned and ON TOP OF THE ISSUES

It is always stressful bringing a cat in for an appointment, and I expressed concern for my kitty about this. Dr. Holmes agreed with me and had a good solution to call about 2 weeks in advance and get a little care package to give prior to appointment so everyone is more relaxed. I really like Dr. Holmes and her technician.

Very friendly, great service, and the staff went out of their way to help me, as I had just had knee surgery. They were kind enough to come out to the car and get my dog for her appointment!!

The staff were so compassionate and kind. My two little puppies were being spayed and I was nervous for them. They were incredibly sweet with them. They called me right after the procedure to let me know they were okay. Dr. Springer is the BEST! She called, explained everything she performed, how they were, what to expect. She spent so much time with me on the phone, answered all my questions and my concerns. The staff again explained what to expect as I was checking out. It’s a busy place but I never get the feeling that they’re rushed. They make the time for each client.

So happy to have Dr. Springer as Luna & Belle s Vet again.

Have been an off and on client for many years, but felt a little unsettled by Dr Mandarini, asking me twice in a row when I had bathed the dog, plus asking 3 times how much the dog weight was. Felt a bit like my pups problems were dismissive! Sorry!

I live in Providence, but I love this office and Dr. Holmes so much that I can t imagine going anywhere else. My dog has anxiety and they go beyond with her and are extremely patient!

My dog had unexpected issues on the day of New Years Eve. The phone staff was kind enough to call me right back and fit us in for an emergency appointment and, as always, they were so kind to Mitch during his visit.
