Everything went well for both dogs yesterday. Communication with your staff is always excellent. They walk you through everything and back everything up in writing. I had a hard time getting my dog in the car after she was spayed and your team jumped in to help. We are very satisfied with the service and work performed at NK Animal Hospital.

I’m unable to get to questions #2-#4 in the survey. The staff was friendly and helpful however the wait time was long due to the doctor being behind schedule. The tech apologized and explained the situation and best of all, Daisy’s nails were clipped at no charge! Overall I was very satisfied with my visit.

I called at 9 am and an appointment was set for 220pm that afternoon and I was charged for an urgent care visit which I felt should have been a regular visits as my dog wasn’t taken right at 9 when I called. Maybe mention this when setting the appointment for less confusion

It took two weeks to get this appointment. We arrived about ten minutes early. We then waited 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment to be seen. It wasn’t a busy morning but there only seemed to be one veterinarian on duty. This seems to be an ongoing issue at NKAH. Dr. Field and her assistant were very professional and polite. Thank you.
