if the doctor would take little time to check something that has happened in the past it should be considered a recheck. Additionally, doctor should consider the price of the treatments specially if there is a 75+ difference between options

I appreciate knowing who was going to be on my pets team for his surgery, Shawna came out and introduced herself and let me know what to expect. It really calmed my anxiety! Dr Shawn was a rockstar as always the best vet I could have! I always feel that my pet is just as important to the staff as he is to me and that’s why I’ll always use animal health Center for my needs

They rose up above and beyond normal efforts...in cold And dark and the Doctor s great skill saved her ..... And Everyone of this team that came...were Exceptional....performing the impossible.....keeping the miracle happening! My Beautiful Jakaarta, And I were strangers.....not their patient/ client but they fought for her life as if she was their own..... Everyone gets 5 stars and Angel Hugs! Animal health center saved my dogs life in an emergent crisis. I will forever be grateful for them for taking such good care of my boy during his time there. Not only did they make sure he was comfortable but they let me stay with him in a private room from open to close to make me feel more comfortable as well. We’ve been bringing our dogs here since we got them and have always had great experiences.

Dr Sean and the ladies were so kind and helpful. They were very good with my dog and me.

The staff is great and Dr. Ashley is very good and noticing anthing that is not right. She treated Louie s eyes and they are all cleared up and looking good.

Kudos to techs for grooming services. There is no way I can trim my cats nails. In her defense, I adopted her when she was a 10 year old barnyard cat. But, at Animal Health Center the process took less than 15 minutes. I m so happy with them...both for boarding and grooming.

The price for anal gland expression went up almost $4.00. I was told when you moved to the new facility that it would not go up… I do appreciate that I was not charged because my dog Lucky’s glands were not full. That is the first time that has happened (that I was not charged); so that was good because he has them expressed once a month. And, it’s happened before a couple times that they were not full but I still had to pay. In addition, on this trip I had been charged beforehand so now, I have a credit. About a month ago I went to pay for this service and the employee at the desk said I had to wait to pay just in case something else occurred or not. This time I was charged before Lucky was finished. So, maybe have all your staff know what the policy is. As far as the increase I get it but for a loyal customer maybe 1 free for every 4 or 5 trips? It would help as I do trust you guys but again was not expecting an increase.

I get that you have employees to pay and the new building, but prices have gone up so much that I struggle justifying taking my pets in for their yearly check ups. Yes, having a pet is expensive, but it shouldn t take almost my whole pay check to have them seen for a simple check up.
