The staff at Animal Health Center are very competent, knowledgeable,and extremely caring and compassionate. I wouldn t even consider taking my little dog elsewhere to be seen. I do think the Animal Health Center is a bit short-staffed, but the employees they have now are exceptional.

This was our first visit. We really liked our vet Ashlee and her tech Blake. Both made our dog and us feel comfortable. Took their time asking questions and listening to us, not rushed. Ashlee very transparent on costs of procedures and what was really necessary. Very happy to find a new vet here in Laramie after our move from AZ.

Dr. Knight did an amazing job with Beans, and we re so thankful she is alive and doing well. Thank you!

I got better explanations about the procedures done on my dog this time as well as what I need to do for follow-up for him at home.

Everyone there is amazing and professional. Even after a procedure, my dogs aren’t scared to return.

I think you charge too much for a male dog to get neutered. I have never paid that much for a male dog to get fixed. I also think you charge too much for boarding.

I wish there was a handicap button to push at the entry way door. It would make it much easier when entering with energetic dogs. I would imagine that it would also make it easier for handicapped or disabled with pets, or those with a carrier. Just a thought.

I was overall very happy with all your services and would give you a 5 across the board. Ready to find since I m from out of town. Ready to get appt. Staff very nice and Dr Shaun was the best. I will be bringing my animals here from now on as my current vet has retired and I am not happy with the new service. They have no regard for your pets. It s all about the money. Since I I m older on a fixed income, I can t always come up with hundreds of dollars immediately and they don t take payments. Dr Shaun s prices were reasonable and I m happy with my new vet! Thank you everyone.

Thought it was way too much to charge $7 per day to give Zoey her Carprofen (that Dr Shawn prescribed) in her food. No special procedure

I appreciated all aspects of the visit. (On the Veterinary Medical Record note sent out on 2/14 via email there is mention of owner given eye drops which was not part of the treatment we received. It must have been for another dog...)
