The staff is great and Dr. Ashley is very good and noticing anthing that is not right. She treated Louie s eyes and they are all cleared up and looking good.

Kudos to techs for grooming services. There is no way I can trim my cats nails. In her defense, I adopted her when she was a 10 year old barnyard cat. But, at Animal Health Center the process took less than 15 minutes. I m so happy with them...both for boarding and grooming.

The price for anal gland expression went up almost $4.00. I was told when you moved to the new facility that it would not go up… I do appreciate that I was not charged because my dog Lucky’s glands were not full. That is the first time that has happened (that I was not charged); so that was good because he has them expressed once a month. And, it’s happened before a couple times that they were not full but I still had to pay. In addition, on this trip I had been charged beforehand so now, I have a credit. About a month ago I went to pay for this service and the employee at the desk said I had to wait to pay just in case something else occurred or not. This time I was charged before Lucky was finished. So, maybe have all your staff know what the policy is. As far as the increase I get it but for a loyal customer maybe 1 free for every 4 or 5 trips? It would help as I do trust you guys but again was not expecting an increase.

I found it very interesting that AFTER the receptionist took my money, she said, Have a Merry Christmas! but My family doesn t celebrate Christmas- but my money spends the same as people that do. How disrespectful and narrow-minded!

I get that you have employees to pay and the new building, but prices have gone up so much that I struggle justifying taking my pets in for their yearly check ups. Yes, having a pet is expensive, but it shouldn t take almost my whole pay check to have them seen for a simple check up.

I was blown away by the care we were given! Dr Sierra performed emergency surgery, on a Sunday on our tiny chihuahua. Not only did she (and Dr Sanders) save her life, they performed the surgery at a fraction of the cost we were quoted by another vet. More importantly, they had compassion and we felt Dot was loved and cared for.We have brought our pets to Dr Sanders for many years, and we will never go anywhere else. Truly grateful for their honesty and kindness. Ruth Williams

They were great, our dog got ahold of a porcupine and they came in on a holiday weekend to take care of her.

Everybody is always so friendly and accommodating in all my worries and concerns for my love, Remmy. He is Elderly. There is always a vet available for him when needed. Dr. Jennifer is his primary. She is great!!!
