Thank you all for the work you do and taking time with our little animals who dont have the voices to say how they feel.

I came in on an emergency visit. My dog is pretty big and strong. The staff did a great job of informing me of his behavior as well as helping him keep a calmer temperament by having me do some things such as muzzle him. Definitely helped relieve some of my anxiety. Overall very impressed with the staff.

We absolutely love the Animal Health Center. They re so friendly, very helpful and just always do whatever they can to make the visit easy for our dogs.

Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient. By Sunday night when my dog finally managed to get to enough water to wet the bandage, I removed it. Steady s foot was almost back to normal and she never licked it even after to bandage was removed. Thank you all very much!

Everyone has always taken such good care of our dog, Louie, especially as he gets older. He actually likes visiting Animal Health Center as the staff is so nice to him.

As always my horse received excellent care and by friendly knowledgeable vets and staff!

I was extremely impressed and so happy with the level of care they provided for my dog Dausha and myself!!! I also loved the groomer next door was so convenient and willing to work along with my appointment with the veterinarian. SO CONVENIENT!!!! :)

It took longer than I expected to get checked out after my visit.

This was our first experience with AHC and it was very good. First, we were able to bring our dog in within an hour of calling. The other two vets in Laramie couldn t see us until the next day because we weren t clients. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The vet was great... conscientious and clearly outlined our options. Getting a followup email the next day was excellent.

Thanks for getting us in for a check on our labs. Everyone was friendly & helpful.

It would be great if there was a mat on the scale. My dog was terrified to step on it and rightfully so. I know it has the anti-slip texture, but it was still hard, metal, loud, and uncomfortable for my pup. I m sure other animals feel the same.

I would like to request that I be shown the bill before checking out so I can review the charges. I was surprised by the cost of the flea and tick treatment—nearly $200—and would have chosen the collars we normally use had I known the price in advance. I do appreciate the technician’s efforts to help us get a rebate. The only other concern I had was that the vet’s recommendations came across more as instructions rather than presenting options, and she did not seem to acknowledge when I clarified that it was my father-in-law with me, not my husband. Regarding my bloodhound, I acknowledge she is somewhat overweight and does need to lose some weight, but I do not agree with the suggestion that she should lose 32 pounds, as female bloodhounds typically range from 80–100 lbs.

When selling the chewable heartworm, tick and flea tablet it would be good to let us know the cost. Seems a little pricey when we get the bill and that is 75% of the overall cost.

From the front desk team to the techs to Dr Ashlee and Blake and Dr Jennifer, I just am so grateful.

We just moved here three days prior.They Took my little dog in on an emergency basis and did a fabulous job. Fantastic clinic, I will bring all three of dogs here on a regular basis. I could not be happier.

I can’t thank the folks at AHC enough for working with our very spicy kitty and having the patience to figure out what works with her, especially when she’s in pain. Dr. Ashlee and the other vets have always taken extra time to really reassure us with our cat’s health, and I’ve not experienced better vet techs anywhere- they’re top notch.

All five stars (stars are not responding to touch:) Dr Shawn and all of his assistants were so good with CeeCee…calm and professional and very thorough and thoughtful. I got to ask all my questions and am glad Dr Shawn had suggestions for Physical therapy to strengthen CeeCees muscles. It was well worth the visit…thank you so much!

Your team does an excellent job of explaining each step & answering questions in lay-man s terms. We only visit this area once a year and I can tell you that we will be back next summer for you to clean Mr. Cooper s teeth and take care of his annual vaccinations. Thank you!
