I was told that the recent visit would be a tech appointment as it was for a booster shot. Instead it was a full appointment with exam which was done less than a month ago. I was charged for the second time in less than a month for a full appointment. I would have appreciated knowing this beforehand.

I boarded my dog Bonnie over the weekend and I picked her up Sunday evening. All went fine but when I got home I discovered that although I paid for a nail trimming apparently it was never done. I will call tomorrow and I will be bringing her in for the nail trim that I already paid for.

I am thoroughly impressed with your clinic. I brought my lab in to have dentistry done as I had been told by another vet that she had a molar that needed to be pulled due to an abscess on a broken molar. You guys determined she didn’t have either and cleaned her teeth beautifully. The bill was 1/3 less than anticipated. My dog is happy and the male technician was absolutely delightful. He took great care of my sensitive pup. I am very grateful!

I needed an emergency c-section for a goat that was rapidly failing in health. I was not able to bring her in due to her condition. Your staff was able to rearrange schedules and come out to my house quickly and perform the c-section. Dr. Casey and her techs were Great! I was very impressed with their professionalism while at the same time being very caring and personable. I was quite interested in the process and she let me watch and answered all of my (probably annoying) questions. Thank you!

I came in late in the day with an emergency. my dog having suffered a sliced ear flap, which was a bloody mess. I thought everyone, from the front desk person to the veterinary assistant to Dr. Ashley, were helpful, kind, and competent. Two days later Samantha is doing great and her ear is healing nicely. I couldn t be more pleased.

I super appreciated being able to talk to a vet on Sunday about my little dog who was not feeling good. That caused me to switch vets for him . He is pretty much back to his spunky self and I appreciated the visit and the email records . Great thanks.

My Aunt Barbara was a new client. We had an appointment the SAME DAY we called in! Everyone we met at your clinic was friendly, helpful, and caring. Dr. Kaycee was superb with my Aunt who has dementia, as were both of the techs and all of the staff. Shelley Starks is a wonderful person to have at your front desk and answering the phone. When my Aunt s cat had to come back the second time and stay, the fellow in your boarding was so good and patient and kind to my Aunt--and he took superb care of the cat also! I called the office to schedule an appointment for our Yorkie who displayed pain when I brushed her teeth. I was very pleasantly surprised to have an appointment on the same day. The vet technician and Dr. Wilson were so kind and comforting to my nervous pet. We recently moved from Florida to Wyoming. I know our three dogs will easily adjust to and trust your veterinary practice. Thank you for your warm welcome.

Everyone has been so great with Vader. I am truly thankful that everyone who has worked with Vader have been so kind and loving with him. Thank you so much to Dr. Shawn for respecting our wishes and still doing everything you can to give Vader the quality of life he deserves. Blake, thank you so much for staying and answering questions and just talking with me. I know I am a lot especially when it comes to my fur kiddo being sick.
