Vet continuously did not communicate properly, only informed after procedures were already done. On Saturday, we received no update from vet before she left for the day, had to learn from receptionist that another procedure had been done without our consent. Question we managed to ask were met with I Don t Knows if any answers at all. Felt incredibly unprofessional and stressful for both us and our pet.

Check in was excellent --- gave options, etc. After the procedure, the Vet Tech explained the teeth cleaning, removal, etc . Also, an explanation of the procedure was given and directions for follow care were stated. And printed direction were given as well, and that was appreciated.

Everyone at Animal Health Center is just fantastic! They are so kind, and great with my dog- they treat him like he is their own! Everyone took the time to listen to my concerns and explain things in a way I can understand. I deeply appreciate everyone there!

My first time with this pet and going in alone. Everyone was very friendly and understanding. I was quite anxious about my cat and at no point did I feel talked down to for seeking care. Also felt very informed on follow up.
