It’s not a big deal but I had to wait awhile before checking out because nobody was at the desk. Like I said it wasn’t a big deal but I thought it was strange.

We called for a emergency 30 miles from Laramie. We needed to wait for available personnel. We appreciate the willingness to provide care and thorough treatment. Thanks to Dr. Knight and Ms.Webster’s careful preparation.

We had such a tough day letting our beloved little hamster go that day. We were given so much compassion along with the grace and space to make such a tough choice. It was also clear how much all the staff (from front desk to the doc) cared for our little guy. All our questions were answered, we were heard, and we… from our poor little Timmy to my daughter and myself were cared for. I wish that kind of treatment was less rare. The world would be better for it. If we do get another pet, there is no other place we will go for their care and treatment.

Everyone we’ve met at AHC is great! The vet techs and veterinarians have been wonderful with my service dog Basil and her puppy apprentice Juniper. I appreciate how caring, thoughtful, and knowledgeable everyone is!

I felt a little rushed with the vet - I didn t get to ask all the questions I had. Other than that, everything was good!

This was for a friend traveling with an elderly golden who got sick and she was thrilled with the care.

I visit Laramie often and travel with my dogs. We have had emergencies happen and have always been able to get in to have our pups seen and cared for. An excellent clinic and highly recommend.

I’m visiting here in Laramie. My poor pup got a bug bite on the nose we think. I called they got me right in took care of him ( my pup) told us what to look for with any changes good or bad. Had to take him back in , but to put him in a cone of shame. But wonderful care and concern for my pup and me. It’s great to know that he was cared for so wonderful. Thank you all so much for taking us in.

Our desired provider was called out and I was not informed until another provider came into the exam room. Vets are not interchangeable. If we couldn’t see Shawn, then I should have been informed.

We were very appreciative of the Animal Health Center personnel in their willingness to help us even though we are not regular clients. Dr. Casey was very good at explaining everything she could do and our options. We really appreciate the Center s willingness to look after Tulo until he is casted - it really helps since our facility is now even more wet and muddy.

If you really want to know how people feel, why not just ask them in person? Every company now sends out these ridiculous surveys in an attempt to make customers feel valued, but they don’t achieve that; they simply make me feel that the company employees can’t be bothered to talk to me. Also you ask no questions regarding important aspects of your service: whether the diagnosis was accurate, whether medicine was dispensed accurately, whether test results were made available, etc., etc. You prefer to ask about trivia - billing and whether the office was clean.

All the items in this servery are excellent - there s a reason why we go to you all! Thanks for everything you do. If there is one suggestion I have, it s that a patient portal would be great. Aside from online billpay, being able to check pet records, request refills of medications or prescription food, those sorts of things, would be very useful and, if we re honest, not difficult to build.
