Tank came home with more energy than when we brought him in! Doctor Kasey did a wonderful job on his neuter and gastroplexy procedure. The only problem is the sedatives seem to have no effect on him and he wants to run and play and won t stay still! Thanks for all you do, Steve and Gail Kay

I’ve never been so disappointed in a vet clinic. You left my cat in pain, did not call us regarding a sample mishap on your end, did not request a new sample. You left out sweet girl howling in pain for 4 days and broke our trust. Unacceptable treatment. Not to mention you took our money without giving answers, test results, or a follow up like you said you would.

Wait time was a little longer than I expected given the request to arrive early

I know yall probably get tons of these but I think you guys are head and shoulders above the rest.the building is so clean,every person i see from the front desk to the private room is so kind, respectful, helpful, and so good with the animals even when theyre bein mean. I hope yall get paid a ton and ive never been nervous to bring my pet to your office you guys have never been short of amazing and you make stressful situations easy so thank you so so much from me and my pet????

We had such a tough day letting our beloved little hamster go that day. We were given so much compassion along with the grace and space to make such a tough choice. It was also clear how much all the staff (from front desk to the doc) cared for our little guy. All our questions were answered, we were heard, and we… from our poor little Timmy to my daughter and myself were cared for. I wish that kind of treatment was less rare. The world would be better for it. If we do get another pet, there is no other place we will go for their care and treatment.
