Waiting time was a little longer than usual -- but the staff was great.

We are NOT happy with the fact that our dogs’s medication prescription was incorrect. The label had her name and correct medication name but was filled with an incorrect medication bottle instead of the usual box. Thankfully it was a medication we give our dog often so we recognized the mistake but this could be extremely dangerous if it were a new medication. This is the second time this happened to us and it makes us very uncomfortable accepting medication from you.

Every time we set foot through the door, it feels like we are treated like royalty. Also, each time we visit every question or concern is answered no matter how many questions we have. Your office is truly remarkable and I know that we are in good hands. Every doctor? 5 stars. Every person at the front desk? 5 stars. Thanks for the great care provided!

The level of personal care and compassion the staff has shown to me and my animals, not just at this last emergency visit, has been outstanding. I constantly talk up the clinic to everyone I know. Very specifically, Drs. Kaycee and Sierra have been the best vets I ve ever had, no question. Just thank you so, so much.

The employees we saw (except the receptionist) were unkept, dirty hair, etc. we were dissatisfied with services today. Vet and each worker (3) seemed to be in a hurry.

I’m new to the area, and I was nervous about having to replace my dog’s veterinarian. However, Dr. Casey was absolutely wonderful with my two pups! I felt comfortable with her and she was so sweet and gentle with my girls. I’m so glad to have found our new veterinarian, such a big relief after moving. Thank you!

Tank came home with more energy than when we brought him in! Doctor Kasey did a wonderful job on his neuter and gastroplexy procedure. The only problem is the sedatives seem to have no effect on him and he wants to run and play and won t stay still! Thanks for all you do, Steve and Gail Kay

I’ve never been so disappointed in a vet clinic. You left my cat in pain, did not call us regarding a sample mishap on your end, did not request a new sample. You left out sweet girl howling in pain for 4 days and broke our trust. Unacceptable treatment. Not to mention you took our money without giving answers, test results, or a follow up like you said you would.

I know yall probably get tons of these but I think you guys are head and shoulders above the rest.the building is so clean,every person i see from the front desk to the private room is so kind, respectful, helpful, and so good with the animals even when theyre bein mean. I hope yall get paid a ton and ive never been nervous to bring my pet to your office you guys have never been short of amazing and you make stressful situations easy so thank you so so much from me and my pet????

It was a ranch call the vet and her tec were excellent and explained everything I very happy with all the vet services I get from them
