I almost had a cardiac event when tce.at she was not. It is hard to believe any business would not let their customers know ahead of time that they are about to be really screwed over when it is time to pay. I assume that you must be trying to pay for your new building by screwing people over. Most people have telephones and can be reached and informed of their up coming screwing. please learn how to use a phone. Ver, very, very business practice

You all are amazing and I appreciate you being so accommodating in seeing my terrier Buddy with the green, goopy eye when he was just there for a groom. Do not wait until the day of surgery to list all other possible treatments, procedures, and options!!! We could barely hear the spoken options due to barking. Write all this info down, give it to the client, let them read, question, understand, then decide.
