I would like to thank the Vet Tech, Blake as he was wonderful with Maggie. Dr. Ashley was great as she took her time to examine Maggie and explain what was going on with her. She also explained everything in more detail and gave us options as to what we could do. I would highly recommend both of them especially Dr. Ashley. Thank you again for taking great care of Maggie.

MUCH better on the wait time than previous visits!

Everything was great

I forgot to ask a couple of questions I had.

I made an error in my record keeping with regard to my dog s vaccinations. I thought she only needed one, but she actually needed two. Dr Ashlee squeezed me back in and got the extra vaccination done with no complaints, concerns, or delays. And all of this on a busy Saturday. You guys are great!

I always appreciate The treatment we receive at Animal Health Center.

You might put up more sound buffering or walls in the entryway. I totally understand that it s a waiting room where there are dogs and cats, but I think all the excess noise scared my critter more than usual (he wasn t as frightened in other vet offices). Otherwise, fabulous service and great folks!

I will never take my pets anywhere else. They are all so helpful!

Dr.Ashley was wonderful. Very easy to talk to, and we felt Thelma was well cared for. The service was prompt with no wait time. The front desk staff was also very helpful. It was wonderful to see so many animal lovers in one place!

Great experience. I did end up waiting about 15 minutes past my appointment time to be seen but everything else was very satisfactory. I d happily trade a few extra minutes waiting for the great care and service we got.

The wait to check out was long.

The staff and care for my four legged furry friend has been great!!

We loved everything about our visit they were so kind and just made us feel like we were their only customer they put our minds at ease what a great staff

Sometimes there is some waiting in between each stage of the appointment, but i think it is because the veterinarians want to fully answer questions and make recommendations when asked. So, while I don t like waiting, it is outweighed by the quality of care. I feel all of the staff genuinely care about all pets.

I gave a 5 to everything, but we didn t go into the clinic, we had a home visit because our dog just will not go into any clinic! The last vet we had ruined her because you can not hold down and force a Chesapeake Bay Retriever to do anything! Dr. Ashlee and her assistant (sorry can t remember her name) were both fabulous! Our dog responded so much better and she was able to even look in her mouth (a little)! Definitely would recommend Animal Health Center to anyone!

I appreciated being able to get Hunter in immediately on a walk in basis after he had a seizure. Also having his seizure explained to me and medical options was very nice.

Dr. Ashlee is very knowledgeable and friendly. It is a pleasure to have her taking care of our animals.

Saturday was a very chaotic day for the clinic, all in all our experience was satisfactory,only complaint is we weren t given our new rabies tag for our dog, but as I said, the Clinic was very busy.

It was difficult to get an appointment because there are so many patients with this clinic, which is great for all the vets & techs! That being said, why are prices for animal health care getting so expensive? Inflation is one thing, but financial fairness to animal lovers caring for their pets is another. Just saying, we all struggle in this time.
