I would have liked a little bit of a notice on my puppy having a fluid sack after he got fluids. It s to be expected but it would have been nice to know that 1. He was going to have one and 2. To know about how long it would last. I had noticed it about 30 minutes after I brought him home when I was confused on why he looked like he had a tumor on his left side and that it was going to be super tinder. He whined when he was picked up and I couldn t figure out why. Then noticed the fluid sack. I had to do research to see what a subcutaneous IV would do to a puppy, especially at 5 months old and how long it would last. Staff there is great and you guys have reasonable priced visits but a little bit more of a heads up on what to expect after an examination. I was mainly told what to do with his probiotics and what he got. No notice on the after signs and what to look for besides that if he threw up we needed to take him back.

I was so impressed that they were able to get my dog in immediately and I was able to pick him up a couple hours later. Everyone was very friendly and polite. Vet technician came out when I picked my dog up and explained what they had done. The next morning I had a complete printed out explanation of my dog s health assessment. I really appreciated that thank you

I felt that additional costs were not explained like they should have been. I was charged extra (spaying) because my dog was 4 1/2 years old. I was not told this before. I was charged for medication to help her with nausea after surgery which I was not told might happen, I would not have approved. This caused my bill to be much more than expected and thus not budgeted for.

Well, my dog came in with a limp, one tech called and told me he was 10 pounds too light. The other called and said he was 10 pounds too heavy. I paid 300$ for 3 bottles of pills and he still limps. No real answer, no weight answers, just a bill.
