Lied about pricing and charged me for things I had no idea were going to happen to my pet. I am disgusted by the abuse of a vulnerable situation and they took advantage of it and used it for money. They are cash hungry pigs

When I came to check out my dog, the young lady handling billing was unable to answer any questions about what they had found, or next steps etc. However, she did go and get me the Tech who worked on my pet. Tia was amazingly patient walking through everything, and full of good information. I really appreciated that! Given that we are new to the area I had not yet secured a vet, and I really appreciated being ablet to get my dog in the next day after calling and relating his concerning symptoms. Thank you.

It is always so very hot inside the clinic. This is very uncomfortable for the animals. Especially since the waiting rooms are so small & claustrophobic.

Get a better phone answering system. The one you ve got is very slow and difficult to manipulate. Your rating system above is difficult to manipulate.

We’ve been frustrated multiple times by surprise charges on our accounts at check out that we didn’t expect, and felt like were not justified. There was no real explanation given just that that’s what it is, or suggesting the most expensive medications and procedures without explaining all the options. It’s made us feel like we were being taken advantage of instead of helping us make an informed decision. Everyone has always been nice and seemingly helpful, but it always feels like they are trying to sell us things and get us to spend more money. And I always feel pressured to say yes because I don’t know what’s best, but I feel like that trust is broken every time I find out the suggested course of action is the most expensive or unnecessary. I would appreciate more transparency and upfront education about options in the future.

The last tech to bring G back in asked if I was waiting for his blood results, I said I didn t know, he left, and I waited about 15 minutes before leaving the room to find someone to ask if there was anything else before I left. Other than that snafu, my visit was great.

My husband specifically asked for our bucket from our pet’s food when he arrived to pick up our dogs 3/19. They had a bucket with both of their names on it and a lot more food than they needed for the weekend. My husband was told there was no bucket by staff. The bucket has my husband’s name on it as well (Heath Cline). Otherwise, we are always happy with the services

We were told that we could drop off dogs for boarding between 9-9:30 am and 12-12:30pm. When I arrived at 12:15 the staff member checking us in was quite rude. I got an email later on saying that there my dog boarding check in was at 11:15am and our second dog had a check in time of 12:30 pm. We were never told about these specific check in times just that we could drop off our dogs from 9-9:30am and 12-12:30pm. It was all quite chaotic and when we went to pay the person at the counter didn’t know how to print our bill.

Overall, the cost of the teeth cleaning was overly expensive ($760!). Based on the cost & the continued discomfort, tracheal irritation, & cough our dog is experiencing now 3 days later, we definitely will not have our dog s teeth cleaned by you in the future. We were not fully informed of the post-procedure discomfort & need for addl ineffective cough meds post procedure. Overall, we are completely dissatisfied with the results & negative side effects of the teeth cleaning.

It would be more helpful if the person calling about my dog had used the cellphone number I had requested when I left him off instead of my landline number. I would have picked him up sooner.
