We were surprised at how professional and nice everyone was to our dog Oakley because when you generally do a job every day it sometimes gets repetitive but you can tell everyone in the offices love what they are doing which is why the service is outstanding . Thank you!!!????

The staff is always so welcoming and caring. Sam takes care of Fudge like he is her own and everyone is always excited to see him. It makes me feel so good bringing Fudge to MAH.

I am always happy with the Doctors and Vet techs. Full explanations with terminology that I can understand. My questions are answered in full and I am treated as a valued customer. My dog is treated with kindness and is fully comfortable. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and travel over half an hour to get here. Definitely worth the trip.

Dr. Bradley was attentive, explained Lulu s status clearly and provided followups.

I received a completely unexpected diagnosis but Dr. McCann was very patient and explained my options for my Great Dane and answered all my questions!! This was my first visit and I’m very happy with the experience!!

The only issue I had was that after I left the building, I thought it was odd that no one confirmed my information (name, address, phone number, email) especially since we were never there with this dog. So, I went back in to confirm everything. I m glad I did because our visit was documented under a different Ladybug. Especially since I told them to save my payment information. Everyone was very apologetic.
