I love the doctors and staff you guys always take amazing care of the animals and my cats. I really appreciate the thoroughness each time I am in and the care my cats receive. Thank you as always!

Great care, as usual. I’d particularly like to share though how much I appreciated the receptionist who took my call and scheduled our appointment. I wasn’t sure whether I was overreacting or if my dog truly needed to be seen, but she was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding as I explained everything. She never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her or wasting her time, which meant a lot in a stressful moment. Her compassion and professionalism really stood out, and I’m very grateful for the way she handled the call.

Everyone from the front desk, to the techs, to the doctors, are wonderful. Everyone is cheerful and friendly. Everyone is understanding and willing to accomadate us as needed. Everyone is knowledgable and when unsure of answer, will double check with someone for confirmation. Finally, everyone is very skilled in their jobs and confindently handles all my babies. Thank you all for what you do! :)

I wasn’t happy about being charged for Willow‘s nail clipping. For as long as she’s been coming there monthly to get Silencia shots, she’s been getting complementary nail clipping. I feel like I spend enough money there with these shots every four weeks, plus testing, medications, etc., and now I’m being charged for the nail clipping. When I told the tech that I never get charged for those, as they are complementary, she said oh maybe that was for a month or so, and I told her it’s been since we’ve been coming there monthly. She charged my card anyway for the nail clipping. Besides that,I’m very happy with all of the staff I’ve come in contact with, and doctors, especially Dr. Bradley, and the ease of making appointments.

Dr Enners listened to our concerns for our dog Bailey. It’s been difficult letting go of a pet we’ve had for 15 years, thankfully Dr Enner’s has compassion. She provided a fair, non-judgmental assessment and came up with a plan that both my husband and I found agreeable.

The staff is above and beyond 100%. They are super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to care about your furry family member. You can absolutely see the passion they have in what they do. I absolutely LOVE Medford Animal Hospital.

Since our fur friends can t tell us exactly what s going on inside them, it is important to find someone who can interpret your fur friends ailments. Equally important is to find an interpretor you trust! I know I have found such a person in Dr. Bradley and the entire Medford Animal Hospital staff.thank you so much.
