I don’t think the vet tech introduced herself or said she was the tech. It was our first time there and we thought she was the vet. I finally figured it out.

We’re new to the clinic but have nothing but positive interactions and experiences thus far !! Love it there and Zoe seems comfortable to!:)

Dr. V and all of the staff are fantastic! Everyone is so attentive and takes such wonderful care of Rome. I also truly appreciate that Dr. V accepts emails with questions- it is such a comfort to know she’s there for us. Rome and I feel very lucky to have found Medford Animal Hospital!

We came in thinking the issue was fairly simple and found that it was more serious thanks to the thoroughness of Dr. Volpe. She went the extra step to check for fluid buildup and suggested we go to an emergency vet to have it drained (she felt the need for overnight care). She called ahead to two places to make sure they could take us and to give me quotes. The fluid around the heart was life threatening and she was so compassionate and thoughtful.

Did not see a Doctor this visit.

Absolutely a great experience for my cat and myself. Truly caring vet and staff. Vet was very willing to explain everything in a way that I could understand my cat’s needs. Thank you

I called morning of with an emergency and was fit in same day and they fully accommodated my work schedule and made sure my girl was well taken care of and comfortable until I got there
