The staff at Medford Animal Hospital is always outstanding with my dog Banks and myself. I can’t recommend them enough.

Love the environment, caring staff and doctors. And i love all the animal related artwork that is throughout the building. Staff and doctors are very attentive and efficient. I would not take my animals anywhere else. They receive the best care at Medford Animal Hospital and Wellness Clinic.

We moved to the area about 8 months ago and are so happy to have found such a wonderful veterinary team! We’ve brought our two pitties in several times now, and every experience has been great. The staff has been caring, compassionate, and attentive, and we truly appreciate the time, attention, and even follow-up that they give our dogs. It’s such a relief to know that our fur babies are in good hands and receiving such excellent care. I was having an emergency with my dog and they fit me in right away. The doctor was very thorough and did some bloodwork. She was also very conscientious about how much testing would cost which was very nice to have been made aware of that. They truly care about their patients!

Over the years, Autumn has seen both Drs McCann and Mukalian and I’ve always felt at ease and had confidence that Autumn has been in excellent hands. A recent second opinion on MCT removals from Dr Schwartz at VSS reaffirmed my confidence. Ithe front desk staff and Vet Techs I’ve dealt with at Medford Animal Hospital have also always made me feel comfortable and confident in my choice to have this be Autumn’s primary medical office.

I did call the next day, at 2:30, with 2 questions that could not be answered by the person that answered the phone. She told me someone would call or text me the answers. I will try again tomorrow as the answering machine picked up when I called back later in the day. Follow up is just as important as the visit.

Out of all the vets I have been to in my life, Medford animal hospital has the friendliest staff, the service is fast and our pup loves to go there!

I cannot say enough of the excellent care and attention to detail we received at MAH. Dr. McCann was both kind and professional, working to assess my cat. The tech, Devon, was wonderful too. Both took their time to help Luna. My initial call and appointment assistance was provided by Kate. She too was so helpful and kind. I m so happy we found MAH and are confident in the awesome team there. Looking forward to our follow-up appointment next week.
