I did call the next day, at 2:30, with 2 questions that could not be answered by the person that answered the phone. She told me someone would call or text me the answers. I will try again tomorrow as the answering machine picked up when I called back later in the day. Follow up is just as important as the visit.

Out of all the vets I have been to in my life, Medford animal hospital has the friendliest staff, the service is fast and our pup loves to go there!

I cannot say enough of the excellent care and attention to detail we received at MAH. Dr. McCann was both kind and professional, working to assess my cat. The tech, Devon, was wonderful too. Both took their time to help Luna. My initial call and appointment assistance was provided by Kate. She too was so helpful and kind. I m so happy we found MAH and are confident in the awesome team there. Looking forward to our follow-up appointment next week.

Dr. B was very caring during and after the visit. She took the time to email me in regards to a canine Rx concern with a thoughtful comment about personal matter.

Dr Bradley always does a very thorough exam and communicates her findings clearly. I feel confident in her clinical knowledge and appreciative of her kind and caring bedside manner.

Everyone was sweet and personable. Listened to all of my concerns with no issue and answered all questions I had.

The technicians were very caring and gentle with the animals. They worked well together and my dogs were very happy. Even though they were getting their temperature taken and two shots.

On the report emailed to me that evening, it said Dorie had a compound fracture. I called the ofvice the next day and was told that that referred to the slab fracture of her tooth. I thought it mistakenly referred to ortho breaks. It would help to have a little more explanation in the report, as the tooth was fixed during her dental.
