Dr. V and all of the staff are fantastic! Everyone is so attentive and takes such wonderful care of Rome. I also truly appreciate that Dr. V accepts emails with questions- it is such a comfort to know she’s there for us. Rome and I feel very lucky to have found Medford Animal Hospital!

We came in thinking the issue was fairly simple and found that it was more serious thanks to the thoroughness of Dr. Volpe. She went the extra step to check for fluid buildup and suggested we go to an emergency vet to have it drained (she felt the need for overnight care). She called ahead to two places to make sure they could take us and to give me quotes. The fluid around the heart was life threatening and she was so compassionate and thoughtful.

When I showed up all worried and scared, the team took all the worries away, the doctor talk to me step by step of what’s gonna happen and what we are going to do, every other vet want it to put my animal down but the doctor gave me hope that I still have time with my beloved cat! I can’t thank them enough for being there for me and my cat, they are all so awesome and would recommend them for sure to all my friends! Great team thank you guys
