The vet got me in quick and I felt did a thorough exam on my dog and explained everything well. Vet checked in a couple days later with me as well, which is a welcoming experience.

I’m a new dachshund owner and brought my little pup in for the first time recently. The tech that brought me back was super friendly and helpful. She cut her nails for me and was overall super pleasant. The doctor was great and helpful. Overall the place is very nice and friendly!

I was very pleased today with the care they gave Cobble. The vet was able to tell us what was wrong with Him and gave the medicine that is going to help him get better. They were very friendly and took time with us. Cobble was very well behaved and that meant a lot to me. He usually does not like strangers. Thank you so much for your great care.

We are confident Lacy will receive the best care possible at Clyde’s. We are senior citizens on a fixed income, so the extra cost of a work in appointment is not easy for us. Maybe consider giving a senior discount in times like this would be a great consideration of grace. After Lacy’s life was saved by your clinic a few years ago, we can’t see trusting anyone else with her care.

Very easy to get an appointment. Wait time was quick. My cat is petrified of going to the clinic. Staff did everything to make it as calm as they could for my cat. Dr Clyde listens to my concerns carefully. Takes her time with my pets.

I was not taken back into an exam room until several minutes after my appointment time, and then, after being seen but before I checked out, I waited several minutes while staff went into the hallway and were chatting, delaying my departure. Just hard to work these kind of appointments into my work day.

My appointments were 3:20 and 3:40 doctor didnt come in till 4 and was only there for 5 minutes to give them their shots, which the price of has almost doubled.

I was given no diagnosis. I am concerned for my dog, my child. This is heartbreaking

Why does it take so long to get in? I understand things happen but if that is the case shouldn’t someone continue to come out and explain, not just once but maybe every 10 minutes after appointment time? My opinion, but shouldn’t the reception / waiting area be decluttered and the floor cleaned and fresh painted on the benches.
