All was great. Zuzu is a difficult kitty at times and attention was made to that. Always satisfied with care given.

The waiting time was longer than I m used to here, definitely longer than I would care for. But other than the wait time I was pleased

I love the care my dog and I get at Clyde’s. They all treat Phoebe as if she were their own pet, and they listen to my concerns with understanding and patience. They are kind and compassionate to both of us, answering all of my questions and giving suggestions to help if there is a problem. We also trust the kennel staff to look after Phoebe when we are on vacation or out of town. It’s such a comfort to know that Dr. Clyde and her staff are available to help when needed. I highly recommend their services.

I originally had an appt for 3/10.I called on 3/9 to reschedule and was told they could move it to 3/13 at 9am. When I got to the spot I was not on the schedule. The receptionist told me they would get me on since it was a vet tech appt.I waited 40 minutes to get back to a room. I did expect to wait at least 15 min but not 40. This has never happened to us before. We have always had wonderful service! My only suggestion would be to tell the person how long the wait will be so they can decide if they have that much time to wait.
