Staff Waiting Time Fees
I needed assistance with my dog. This was a tech appointment so I decided to stay in the car since I have mobility issues. My appointment was at 4:40 pm and I arrived at around 4:30. I called the clinic for assistance and was told they would let the clinic know. After about an hour I called the clinic again and was told me they had an emergency and she would let the technician know. Finally the technician came out and after I told her I was staying in the she acted put out and went over a list of questions. I understand you have emergencies and needs the technicians assistant. But I sat in my car for over an hour and I would appreciate someone letting me know why there was a delay

The vet appointment went great! The employees and vetinarian were super nice and friendly. My dogs were even happy before and after their vaccinations. : )

The techs in the back are great and dr Clyde is wonderful But the girls answering the phone and running the front desk are rude and not helpful at all One girl is mostly the problem I had to call for a hour and half one day for someone to answer. There is no use to leave a message because they dont return your call. I dread to have to call for meds or make appointment because i know its going to be a 2 hour ordeal. I recommended dr clyde to someone and they called for a appointment and said I am not going there the staff is rude. It shouldnt be that way at all But I will continue to come just to see Dr Clyde she is awesome!!!!

I drug Lily to prepare for the appointment. I have to borrow a low car and, even then, it’s difficult for her to get in. Then, having to wait 35 minutes for a 5 minute appointment is stressful for both of us. The injection itself isn’t an issue. Alyssa was very kind trying to work through this with me and, hopefully she has it worked out for us.

Dr Clyde and her entire staff are always great. My senior cat was unhappy about being out of the house. The staff did everything they could to calm him down. They went over everything they wanted to do before proceeding. We have taken our dog to Clyde’s for years, and are happy to take our newly adopted cat in as well.
