I was not taken back into an exam room until several minutes after my appointment time, and then, after being seen but before I checked out, I waited several minutes while staff went into the hallway and were chatting, delaying my departure. Just hard to work these kind of appointments into my work day.

My appointments were 3:20 and 3:40 doctor didnt come in till 4 and was only there for 5 minutes to give them their shots, which the price of has almost doubled.

Why does it take so long to get in? I understand things happen but if that is the case shouldn’t someone continue to come out and explain, not just once but maybe every 10 minutes after appointment time? My opinion, but shouldn’t the reception / waiting area be decluttered and the floor cleaned and fresh painted on the benches.

Dr Clyde has never disappointed us .. she takes her time … explains things etc. yes it’s pricey but what isn’t? Plus we have three dogs .. five stars all the way around

Dr. Clyde and Dr. Williams have been my family doctors/pediatricians for my fur babies for only a year less than when Dr. Clyde opened her clinic, and have seen me through the very best and very worst of the hardest times (many, many times). I appreciate them both beyond words and for the quality of care and love my pets have always and will continue to receive. ~Nancy Grant

I love everything about this place!!! I brought my cat Spooky in yesterday and everyone was so kind,knowledgeable and caring. She is 16 and my emotional support kitty. I was quite nervous, however speaking to the ladies there I soon felt so much better!!! I recommend bringing your fur babies here for lots of TLC,you ladies are the best!!! God bless you all.??????

I love Dr.Clyde and her staff. They are very friendly and willing to help. They listen to me and answer all my questions.when I need to get my fur babies in. They get them in as quick as they can.

The staffing here is excellent. They make you feel comfortable and treat your pets like they genuinely care. They also share knowledge with you and actively try to help you prevent things from happening in the future to your other pets.

Clyde s was a life-saver, literally!! Our dog would have died after eating a pound of grapes if they hadn t seen us immediately and treated him!! We are so grateful!

I needed assistance with my dog. This was a tech appointment so I decided to stay in the car since I have mobility issues. My appointment was at 4:40 pm and I arrived at around 4:30. I called the clinic for assistance and was told they would let the clinic know. After about an hour I called the clinic again and was told me they had an emergency and she would let the technician know. Finally the technician came out and after I told her I was staying in the she acted put out and went over a list of questions. I understand you have emergencies and needs the technicians assistant. But I sat in my car for over an hour and I would appreciate someone letting me know why there was a delay
