Everyone was professional and courteous.

Staff was quick and didn’t seem really interested in our visit. When we picked up our cat, I had to ask many questions. I would have thought we’d meet with someone to let us know how things went and if there were any issues to watch for. No follow up call. No initial phone call to let us know to take food and drink away. I called and asked. Not the best service I’ve received

It would’ve been very helpful to have complete discharge instructions, including bandage wrapping and medication’s to dispensed and when.

We absolutely love the Bowling Green Clinic. The staff is amazing and we wouldn’t take our pet anywhere else. We highly recommend them.

I m a broke boy, so I only wish that I could do payment plans directly with the facility. Istead of just getting denied by credit checks because I don t have any debt, causing my credit to be lower than it deserves. $600 can easily make or break my life.

My dog was not spade until 4 pm, and I dropped her off at 7:30 am. I don t understand why it would take that long or why I had to bust my ass to get there if she was not gonna get spade till way later. No one explained what we should do after she got spade, I got no explanation of how the microchip worked or if that was included in my bag. I didn t get any explanation of what to look for with the stitches. I was very unhappy with the explanations provided and the service

Awesome staff and great service

Raising prices without letting your customers know isn’t right. I have 3 small dogs went for normal shots and bervecto and it costed me $630 . When last year was around $400.

This was the first vet office I was so happy with in a very long time! The staff are amazing and friendly! They truly care about the animals. I can’t praise them enough. It was so clean! Most vets have a smell this was amazing! They answered all my questions and made sure we were happy! So glad I found them!

It was a wonderful experience. I found them very supportive as well. I recently lost one of my dogs. They spent time with me and suggested some things to help ease our other dogs grieving. (They I also recently lost my Mother.) He’s alone for the first time. I give them 5’s in all areas because they went above and beyond the call of duty.

Very quick and friendly service

First visit there and absolutely loved the seamless flow from the front desk to the payment desk. Definitely more organized then the past clinics we used.

The waiting room and pet rooms were clean. The only thing was you could smell the pet using.. almost like walking into a nursing home. So some kind of disinfectant freshener would be wonderful

Great experience! BG Vet is going to be our new go to.
