I believe that the costs were way more than I had been explained. The person told me that a spay was $273. They did not tell me that there would be extra charges added to this amount. I assumed it was for the entire process. So when I was charged over $400 for a spay I was beside myself. The humane society does them for $90.00. If I could have went there I would have. Your facility is great and the people that I have worked with have all been great, but I think your prices are way too expensive. Just my thoughts.

I always have a wonderful visit ?? Tank and Max are always well cared for and affordable ??

I appreciate the care of my cat purr. This was quite a bill tho. Know costs are higher but may I suggest if there s a number of expensive tests made could your office not charge an office call? Thank you!

Thank you all for taking care of my sweet old boy. I was told he handled it all pretty well, which can only mean he was handled with love and patience. I appreciate you all.

Great experience and friendly staff.

I really appreciated the entire staff they were very nice and respectful.

This was a Drop Off/Standby appointment, so a wait was expected. The questions are not meant for this situation.
