I would like someone to be available 24 hours a day. I had a mare that foaled and did not pass the placenta. She would have died if I didn’t get a vet to come out. Midwest Equine came out after I begged them. As far as taking care of my dog, you are great.

Took cat as drop off that morning. Never received a call, I called at 430. Was told I could come get her. Cat was there all day and was given no medicine at all, sent her home with meds. Would have been nice if she was started earlier on meds. Also was never told what they thought was wrong and no receipt when I paid with check.

We had an emergency with our new puppy on a Sunday and the doc and her assistant were there getting ready to leave they called us back and waited 45 min for us to get there . They were able to help our girl and took such good care of her. Couldn’t ask for a better place for our animals.
