Very happy with the care we receive at BGV!

I found this to be one of the best visits that I ve had.Everyone was very friendly that I had contact with. My vet made sure that she answered any questions I might have.

Not a suggestion but an appreciation to all the staff I know I can be over reactive and a pain but everyone is always so sweet and helpful especially when I have last minute random emergencies and have no clue what to do. This vet clinic is one of the best around and the staff is just absolutely amazing. I can’t thank them enough for their help, I also admire and love how much every single person there cares for each animal as if they were their own.

My only complaint was that the internet went down and I ended up waiting almost 2 hours to leave. I got there at 315 and didn t get to leave til 450. It happens and not anyone s fault I understand but maybe there should be something put in place to where when that happens we aren t stuck waiting to leave. Other than that everyone was great and my cat is doing better. Great job!

Best vet experience I ve ever had.

BG Vet office and staff are always friendly and accommodating.I was sick and didn t want to stay in the vet office and get anyone else sick and they had the vet tech come out to my car for the dogs shots. You guys are all amazing, thank you for all you do!????
