The only but main thing I can say is being put in the room with my dog having to wait so long for the doctor to come in is uncomfortable for myself and my dog having to watch my dog wait so long and be anxious.

I have a sensitive dog and was very happy that the vet made a grate connection to my dog and all procedures were well done without any stress.

Our visit was great! Super friendly staff, clean facility. This was my first visit to a vet that didn t smell bad, great job!

the spay itself went great, but her nails were cut far too short under anesthesia, and her back paw s nails started bleeding when I picked her up because her blood pressure went up. I was disappointed about the nails but impressed otherwise with her care

I just ask to give people more education about Medications and veterinary knowledge, as a person who is not skilled, will not just know

If someone can’t afford a procedure, don’t make them feel like they are killing their pet. Offer other alternatives to help empower the owner to be able to feel like they are able to do all they can. The tech I had was so mean in not doing this.

I paid for an examination, but didn t receive the results. You were unable to examine her teeth, so I m hoping her teeth are o.k.

The only concern I had is that when I picked up my kitten Murphy, after his surgery for an abscess on his neck, he was not cleaned up very well. His long hair on his lower neck and upper chest area was still blood soaked. Had to spend a good amount of time to clean him up. He is a DMH kitty so it collected a lot of liquid. Did not want him to get sick cleaning his fur himself. Otherwise no issues with getting him seen, diagnosed, surgery and picked up. Excellent service and care. Thank You.

I won t be back and left a review in line as well. Weights are to long. I walked out of my last appointment and no one ever reached out to me later. It was painful to wait any longer and sitting there listening to all the staff s conversations coming from the back is completely unprofessional especially why we continue to wait.

I shouldn t have had to come in at all. I asked on the phone for a quote for a 45 lb dog for TPLO surgery. I was told that surgery started at $900, and that didn t include anything additional. I was told that I had to come in to get an actual quote. This seemed like an amazing price so I came in, just to be told in the first 1 min by the vet tech that the starting price for TPLO surgery was $3500. I wasted an entire evening away from my children taking a terrified dog to a vet that charged me for information that could have be delivered over the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.

Was not told when I made appointment that I would need to have labs done which was an extra $80 ... this should have been explained when the appointment was scheduled or during the confirming of the appointment not the morning I dropped him off. Very discouraging since he had labs 6 months prior.

I brought my recently adopted baby there for a procedure because you work with the rescue I adopted him from. Everyone I spoke with both on the phone and in person was wonderful and compassionate. I felt like everyone genuinely cared about Douglas. Thank you for taking care of my baby.

This is the most reasonably priced vet with the most caring staff I have ever experienced. I am on a tight budget so it helps out a lot, and I always feel well informed and taken care of. I recommend them to everyone I know :)

I show up for my appt I had scheduled and Was told that appt was cancelled!!!! I had never requested a cancelation and then when I told them I have no other availability to bring them in they told me that I could leave them and come back. Ok, well that may work for other ppl but I am in a wheelchair and rely on other ppl to transport me. I can t take my dogs on a bus and you aren t open on weekends normally. My sister (who took me) requested to talk to the person in charge and the vet comes out to talk to us in a harsh mean manner and then said that her front desk person is back there crying because we called her names. WHAT?!?!? NOT ONCE was there a mean name called to anyone, voices were raised because dogs were barking but NEVER was a name called!!! I was an operations manager for a large box retail company for 12yrs until I was recently hurt on the job. I would have never allowed anyone to talk to my associates in a manner of name calling and disrespectful manner, so why would I ever do that to someone else. Even when I am furious about something, I NEVER EVER talk to someone like that and especially name calling. And if requesting to talk to the manager or the person in charge is being mean than OMG!! So not only did my appointment get cancelled without my request to do so but then I am getting LIED ABOUT!!! ACCUSING ME of name calling?!?! REALLY??? How unprofessional is that??? LYING and not just admitting there was a mistake made and say “I apologize about the confusion and let me try to fit you in or see what we can do”, would have been the proper professional customer service response, instead of telling lies about the customer so your mistake doesn’t look so bad. It is laughable that I was accused of such a thing because I am the least likely person to ever cuss at someone in a professional manner. I WILL NEVER GO BACK BECAUSE OF THE LYING AND UNPROFESSIONALISM THAT THAT HAS SHOWN ME!!! Childish to tell lies about people and not owning your mistake.

The best vet office I’ve ever been to!!! Everyone there always is smiling and welcoming! They always put the animals first and make owners feel very comfortable. And prices are affordable. Thank you so much!!!

First visit here and I will def be back. Friendly staff and easy to get an appointment .

The staff was very friendly and the vet called me to tell me my dog has a heart murmur and went over everything with me. All my options which no one had ever told me about him having a heart murmur. The people that work here seem to really care about the animals they see. I will definatly take my animals here in the future.
