What a wonderful experience at your clinic. All staff were friendly and efficient and Dr Wilson treated our dog Sadie like she has known her all along. Sadie is very skittish around most people, and Dr Wilson took her time and used such a calming demeanor that Sadie forgot to be a brat. So refreshing. The last time Sadie got shots at another clinic I thought she was traumatized for live...very different experience. Thank you all. Carole Weichel

Super caring staff and very helpful information

After major surgery with my dog, I was not able to talk to anyone who was in his surgery. I was able to talk to a tech, but they did admit they were not in his surgery (which I appreciated). No phone call to check up on him yet and he does appear to be struggling outside of what might be normal. We sent over videos tonight. breathing issues on our english bulldog. scarey and the clinic is 2.5 hours north of us.

By far one of the best places for your fur babies. My only suggestion is to maybe get a dedicated receptionist to solely check people in and out. Sometimes there’s several of us trying to check out at the same time and it gets backed up. The technicians do their best, but their jobs are to take care of our fur babies, not be cashiers. :)

Everyone I saw and interacted with was great. I will start bringing my pets here instead of their current vets. It’s not as close but their friendliness, fair pricing and not trying to sell me everything but the kitchen sink is well worth my time!

I really really liked this vet, they were sweet and compassionate. I will be going back for sure. The prices are also very very good.

I loved how the tech and the vet both got on the floor to get closer to my small dog! That has never happened to us before but I thought it was great!!

They were able to give me an appt the same day and Dr. Wilson was wonderful to my dog. The techs were wonderful, too. They were all so caring, answering my questions, and explained things I could understand. Thank you!

My only concern are the bad reviews on Yelp.

I never spoke with one of the providers just the staff that takes the dogs back
