I LOVED every aspect of tho clinic. It was my 1st time there and they treated myself and my pet like I was the most important human and pet in the world. From checking in, answering all my questions to updating me on pets surgery outcome, I couldn’t have asked for more. When picking my pet I watched them interact with other owners who’s pets had surgery also. I felt the explanation one post surgery directions were so thorough and staff answered every question each client had. This clinic has the best staff anyone could ask for. So thrilled I was told of the clinic, feel confident my pets have a loving, care provider for my fur babies now.

Vet tech went on a rant about the type of food we feed some of our animals. When we asked her what was in it that was bad she replied that she didn t know what was in it, but had a friend who had heard stories about it causing serious neurological issues. While I appreciate someone informing us about food, to completely slander a company that is huge and has a great reputation because of anecdotal evidence in the medical profession is silly. She should keep her conspiracy theories to herself unless she has specific evidence.

I feel like we re always waiting at least 45 minutes (sometimes longer) in the exam rooms until someone comes in to see us. That is really my only complaint - the waiting. Why make an appointment if you can t be seen until an hour past the appointment time.

I was just confused as to why I was charged for a check-up for my dog when he couldn t get it because he didn t cooperate. I was told that I could do this checkup at a different time and don t want to be charged twice for something he would get once. When I asked about this the person helping me just said that technically my dog got the checkup even though that wasn t the case. I just want to make sure 55 dollars weren t wasted and that my dog can actually be checked before he gets neutered

This last visit it took 4 techs and then 2 nurses to take my old dog s blood. Very traumatic. Most of their comments were he had poor circulation and was cold. Well, your floors are cold. My suggestion to you all would be to get heated floors. Animals lie there, people sit there... heating the floors would be awesome!

My Doctor was AMAZING! Doctor Wilson is friendly, caring, understanding and took all the time I needed to explain everything to me. I have requested her for every visit from here on out. Logan was also top notch and an amazing person to deal with. I felt cared for and important and that I was worth their time. Thank you for that!!!

I love seeing Dr. Wilson, the only complaint I have is that there was an emergency that came in while I was waiting to see her and nobody informed me I had to come out and ask the receptionist after being in the room for an hour. We will be back to see Dr. Wilson, just would like a heads up next time. Thank you for all you do.
