This is hands-down the best vet s office I have ever patronized. The front desk staff, the vet, the techs, the office itself- the vibes are so welcoming, so professional and also personable, I won t be going anywhere else as long as this office is open.

Staff is beyond amazing, very caring. Dr.Ash is caring and knowledgeable, the office is truly a place that you can take your fur babies to, and know they are in the best care.

I had a great experience for the most part. Everyone was very friendly and I got an appointment quickly which I really appreciated! I do wish that after my cat got spayed someone would have talked to me more in detail of how to care for my cat/ how the microchip set up goes and answer any questions I may have had. It felt a little rushed once she was done with surgery. Other than that everything else was great and I did eventually end up getting answers to my questions. Thank you all for everything you do!

They were great at making sure we felt safe and knowledgeable about the procedure. They took great care of our kitten assured us he would be in safe hands.

Doctor Banes and the entire staff at St Franics provided my very sick kitten and I the best veterinary experience I ve had in North Carolina and its not even close. I will bring my pets to Durham to St. Francis as long as I m in the area.

I wish they were the same prices as the Angel Hospital. It was a busy time but I didn t have any of the medicines explained to me. Otherwise, the vet tech, Anna was lovely to my cat Roger.

I was very disappointed in the service. I understand when situations come up that cause a delay in my appointments, but the right approach is to let the patients know why the wait is going to be longer than expected. Don t tell people that you will be seen in a moment just be honest that is easier to deal with than not knowing. Your office tech needs more customer service training.
