Know how to communicate with the guests , be more nicer I know sometimes it gets overwhelming, but don’t let it out on the guest . I’m talking about the Hispanic lady in the front has nc state uniform. She has 0 customer service. She didn’t tell me what was wrong with my dog I had to ask her she was rude about it because I wanted to know about dog . Thank you guys for helping me but I’ll be going somewhere els now .

I love the doctor and the staff is always friendly. However, everytime I visit the clinic it seems very inefficient. There’s always a long wait time not only for me, but for other customers. The folks working at the computer to ring people up seem confused and do not inspire confidence in those of us waiting. I’m guessing the computer system is complicated. It’s not a great experience

I had a great visit as far as experience. The only suggestion I have that would’ve made it a little better is to have some sort of paperwork from the visit. A printed copy of what was done pricing and care instructions after visit. As

I appreciate the time taken to explain possible future treatments and managements and cost involved. St. Frances cares for the furry family members but also understands that everyone can t afford to do everything at one time or even every recommended procedure.

This was my 1st time at this practice. I chose it based on the recommendation of a friend. I was NOT disappointed. The office nurse (Pixie) was warm, friendly, welcoming and professional. The Tech I dealt with in the afternoon was also great! I look forward to working with them in taking care of my fur baby Darcy!

St. Francis was a very pleasant experience for me. They were able to see me very quickly with a concern for my cat. The staff was friendly and made sure to take the time to answer my questions and take care of my cat. Well. I m grateful they were able to see us so quickly, I would definitely recommend this vet to anyone who is looking to find long-term vet for their pets!

It was my first visit with my cat Alex. I was very pleased with the service and efficiency of the office staff. I learned a lot that day because everyone took time to explain in detail what treatments are necessary, when future appointments should be scheduled, and the costs and payment options. You can tell they all work together as a team and everyone enjoys their work.

St Francis was amazing and especially Pixie. I got help with a feral cat problem. They were compassionate, understanding, helpful. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Wish all vets and staff were as personable and listened with common sense. Thank you so much.

I am sorry about the tit-a-tat with the doctor, but as the parent of two little dogs, I have the right to be in the room with the dogs for usual and routine procedures, especially if one dog is extremely anxious.
