Everyone was so nice and welcoming. And they took the time to answer my questions as well.

I wish they were the same prices as the Angel Hospital. It was a busy time but I didn t have any of the medicines explained to me. Otherwise, the vet tech, Anna was lovely to my cat Roger.

I was very disappointed in the service. I understand when situations come up that cause a delay in my appointments, but the right approach is to let the patients know why the wait is going to be longer than expected. Don t tell people that you will be seen in a moment just be honest that is easier to deal with than not knowing. Your office tech needs more customer service training.

Dr. Banes and staff are very pleasant, we are very comfortable bringing our pet to St. Francis.

The staff is super friendly and very helpful, the veterinarian is amazing she explains everything so you can fully understand what is going on with your pet and how to help them. I have no complaints at all.

The help with the Wisdom Panel for my dog was greatly appreciated.They really care about the animals. Even to explain the results willingness to help with me explaining the results to the pet store if need be. Great staff!

Excellent vet & caring staff!

My dog Speedy last two appointments. Due to him having fleas on Friday of last week. Prior to that talking with the Dr. I think he should have been treated for fleas in his first visit. I spent a lot of money on shot and medication due to an allergy diagnosis. Not disagreeing with Doctor. But I call several times complaining that the shot and the medication wasn’t working. It really was a trying time for my family and Speedy to not have the treatment done a lot earlier. He felt so much better in hours after give the flea medicine. This is my only concern.
