I met the new doctor and he is amazing and explained everything to me for the on going treatment and health of my pet

I was able to get an appointment time that worked for me. No wait time when we arrived. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

Honestly I thought we were seeing Dr. Green. We had to talk this dr. into doing some tests for Bella. When we brought up our concerns. Shouldn t be that way.

Front desk person could be better, no acknowledgment when we walked in I had to stand in front of the staff to be acknowledged, looked irritated or did not want to be there or maybe that’s just how the staff’s face look like. Anyways, what I’m saying is we did not felt welcomed.

We had an awesome experience with our two dogs today! The Dr, vet tech and receptionist were all great! We’re so happy we decided on the recommendation from several people to come here! ??

A friend recommended McHenry Pet Hospital and I couldn’t be more happy and appreciative of their staff. It gives me great comfort and peace of mind taking my pets there. Both my puppies were spade the same day. McHenry Pet Hospital was able to accommodate both of them. Cost was very reasonable. I have been to several veterinary clinics in the McHenry/Fox Lake/Spring Grove area and really love McHenry Pet Hospital. Staff is very friendly and supportive. You can see how much they love taking care of your pets. The Pet Hospital is very clean. I have never felt more comfortable taking my canine family to a vet before.
