The Doctor and Staff were wonderful and took the time to educate me on Illinois since we moved from Arizona and there are climate and environmental changes to be aware of.

Love that this office is not private equity and genuinely cares about their animals that they provide treatment for.

Everyone was very helpful

Overall I was very happy with my visit. This was my first time meeting with Dr. Kindra and I was extrememly happy with how thorough and kind he was working with my dog. The front desk staff is always nice and patient which I appreciate. I will say my only complaint was I didn t really care for the vet tech Tammi? She was a little too firm if you will with my dog. She was quick to suggest a muzzle when she was handling my dog much more firmer then was necessary. I just personally didnt like how she handled my dog and would request next time I bring in one of my animals that she is not the tech. Other then that I was given the appropriate time with the provider and he answered all my questions.
