Waited less than 5 mins to be seen. Didn t need to see the Doctor so the staff took care of us. Tammy was extremely helpful. Glad to see things starting to turn around!

Overall I was very happy with my visit. This was my first time meeting with Dr. Kindra and I was extrememly happy with how thorough and kind he was working with my dog. The front desk staff is always nice and patient which I appreciate. I will say my only complaint was I didn t really care for the vet tech Tammi? She was a little too firm if you will with my dog. She was quick to suggest a muzzle when she was handling my dog much more firmer then was necessary. I just personally didnt like how she handled my dog and would request next time I bring in one of my animals that she is not the tech. Other then that I was given the appropriate time with the provider and he answered all my questions.

Dr Kintra was very nice. Spent a lot of time getting my dog comfortable with him. Explained everything he was doing. Just a great doctor! The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The receptionist and the technician were very welcoming and friendly. They greeted us and our dog very warmly. The Vet, however, was obviously not having a good day and it showed in her demeanor. Her responses were brief and had a tone of dismissiveness. This is the first time we’ve encountered an attitude like this at this practice and hope it’s the last time. Fortunately our visit with the Vet lasted less than five minutes.
