moss loves his visits. I think it’s his favorite place. I think that says it all!

I love taking my cat there. They make it so nice from the time you walk in the door until you leave. Everyone is so nice.

I would prefer to have the exam rooms swept/vacuumed after each pet leaves. Not a big deal but there are usually bundles of fur blowing around on the floor, maybe 2-3. Again, not a big deal. Just my preference.

Thank you so much for taking such great care of Tango yesterday w/ his tummy problem. I appreciate also that I could call throughout the day to check on him. Hats off to Heather & Erica!! I just worry about his health & they calmly explain his care & give me updates. XOXO

The only thing that is not a good thing for me! The price of boarding has gone up to $45.00 a night. That is so much more than we used to pay. I understand we need to help pay for the renovations that were made!! But $45.00 a night is so high all at once. Maybe $25-30 would be better. Because of this increase I will be staying home a lot more. I do love the staff!! They are so good to my pup (Chico). I hope you think about it and lower it some. Thank you JoAnn & Chico Cummings

Although we did not get much time with the actual vet, the vet tech was very informative and answered all of our questions. I would’ve liked to have seen Ruby in a dog room, not a cat room and maybe give her a treat after she got a shot and blood drawn, but we understand you guys are busy and it happens. Maybe next time.

Everyone coming in at the same time in the afternoon for pickup after grooming is chaos. Needs to be a better system somehow

We showed up at 8:00 with an injured dog and were sent straight to a room and tended to in a timely manner. The staff is wonderful and I would never consider going anywhere else! We love Montgomery!
