Requested potty patch and someone to comb out or shave off tangles on long haired cat. Was told “ Hope” would be there on Tuesday and she could do it. Brought cat on Tuesday and Hope was not available. Had to tell other staff 3 times that he still had knots and tangles. Worked on him 3 different times but still came home with tangles. I know your office does do grooming but was told they could get out knots/tangles and do potty patches. It would be helpful to have more people trained to do this since there are not many groomers for cats nearby.

Everyone was kind, respectful and very professional in all aspects. I would and will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!!

Under the counter weight station are many things in the room O was in today. I didn’t get a chance to share that.

This was our first experience with Montgomery Animal Clinic. We were able to be seen the day we called. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. The veterinarian spent a lot of time with our cat. She and her assistant were very caring and thorough. If we lived closer so this could be our regular vet!

Coming from a former customer service professional, Teresa is not quite up to speed in her job and she has been there for quite some time yet. Not sure if she needs additional training or if she doesn’t have what it takes to deal with multi-tasking.

Dr. Haywood and staff are the best! They have taken care of my animals for many, many years. I appreciate their professionalism, compassion, thorough care and for always making my furbabies and me feel comfortable on every visit. The friendly and caring environment of this clinic is beyond compare!

Erika and Therese are amazing. They are always so helpful and friendly. Dr Jordan is wonderful. He is so gentle with our pet, and he explains everything and answers all our questions. We know our cat Fred is in good hands here.
