My dog was taken from the exam room and examined and vaccinated while separated from me. I thought he was simply being weighed. The vet returned with him and noted the tech hadn t weighed him. I noticed a blood spot on his hip which clued me in that he had been vaccinated. A $220 checkup. So disappointing. The concern with masking appears to be the priority.

I did not receive any explanation of billing or billing procedure. I was asked if I wanted the bill or wanted it emailed to me. Since I could have asked about billing I don t see a problem with this that I could not have solved, but the survey asked.

I am very grateful to Dr. Carder for his thoughtful diagnosis of Hugo s rear leg knee injury and to Dr. Milby for applying her physical therapy knowledge and skill to strengthen this joint. Hugo has attained a level of recovery that I did not think was possible without surgery. Everyone at the Avenues location is always helpful and friendly. It is a pleasure to visit.
