The staff has always been friendly, helpful and accommodating. Even during the constraints of the pandemic, the entire staff has made any services needed as simple as possible.

If I had known what some of the charges were I would not have agreed to them. For example, the sanitary clip . I would not have had that done if I had known it was $32.00. Other than not knowing the billing charges ahead of time everything else was excellent.

My husband and our pup Ringo were not seen. There was an emergency euthanasia unfortunately taking place as they arrived. We totally understand that this was an unfortunate circumstance that couldn’t be prevented, and we certainly feel empathy for those involved. However they waited and waited without anyone checking on them to let them know what was happening. These visits stress Ringo out and so the waiting became too long and they eventually left. We would’ve completely understood the situation...and do understand, however they should’ve been told that perhaps rescheduling would be better or that a long wait would be involved.

Dr. Wilson is great. I love that he takes the time to explain things to me from a technical standpoint, since I run a ferret rescue.

Dr. Schimler really went out of his way to fit us in when our pup wasn’t feeling well. And we aren’t the only ones - he squeezed in two other dogs having emergencies, on top of a packed schedule and being down one vet. He is amazingly generous with his time and energy, and he’s terrific with our furbabies. Thank God for Dr. Shimler!

$81.00 is very abusive to customers just trying take good care of their loved pets. Especially long time customers that trust you with their pets.

We were received so well & had not had a dog to bring for 20 years. Dr. Eric & Anna took so much time with us! They loved our new puppy & checked her out very well! Dr. Eric spent time telling us what we needed to work on with house breaking & he told us twice not to hesitate if we had questions & concerns. Mary greeted us with wonderful enthusiasm & made us feel so welcome. We have used TVC for 4 previous dogs, & we have always felt good with the care our dogs have been given.

Dr. Malvy is one of the kindest vets I’ve ever met. Her physical therapy has strengthened my dog’s legs in ways we never imagined possible.
