Thankfully, I don t have to go to the vet often, but when I do, it s usually a Friday when my pup decides to show signs of an ear infection. When Kimberly answers the phone and she realizes who is calling, I know I will be seen that day. The staff as well as Doctor Milby, our amazing vet, have always been absolutely fantastic. So fantastic, that even after moving further away, I wouldn t even think about switching to someone else. They always have great, cost-effective, every day kind of tips, tricks, and advice on how to make our pups feel better.

Every time I call the office I am immediately put on hold for at least 5 minutes. Even if it’s a quick question it’s an immediate “please hold”. The biggest improvement needs to be made at the front desk. Not very friendly staff especially the older lady working the desk that never cracks a smile. I have loved bringing my dogs there but the staff has changed and not for the better. They all seem miserable. The positive today was the young male tech that brought my dog to me. He was very friendly. I think he is new. Please improve your front desk staff.

I have loved every single interaction, be it on the phone or in person, at The Veterinary Clinic West. Dr. Wilson is absolutely amazing. We drive almost 2 hours to bring not just our 2 dogs but also our 12 snakes to see him. The office staff is always friendly and all of our animals are so very very well taken care of!
