Only downfall is it takes so long to get an appt. I love the service, staff. I started coming to TVC because my last vet moved office location. Plus my brother in law used TVC. I was very impressed on how TVC took care of Petey which is my brother in laws dog. Petey ended up passing away but it was no fault to TVC. It was his time. His care was professional and doctor seemed to really care. I like to see that in vet offices. I started bringing my dog Charlotte to TVC and the service is top notch. I don’t ever feel like her doctor visit is ever rushed. Charlotte gets great service and care from the TVC team. Thank you

Honor your free visits from lifeline. Clean visit table after every dog. Do not treat visit like an assembly line. Serve clients on arrival based on appointment. My visit took 30 minutes to be seen, and an hour for initial visit. It was as if vet tech did not discuss dogs issues with vet at all. I will not be back.

I think the person who gives the shots and expresses the anal gland should provide a report to us. She really just handed over our dog and I was like - how was she - did you express much, etc. - trying for answers or input. She was not very forthcoming. We pay good money for these services and I think the person should offer something in the way of quick conversation.

The vet tech Skyler was incredibly helpful both to me and to Dixie. He was gentle and kind with her. Dixie is not always friendly but Skyler s calm manner helped her at a time when I know she was very stressed. THANK YOU so much Skyler! I also really appreciate Dr. Carder giving me a call Friday morning. I was very worried about Dixie all day. Really appreciate you all communicating with me. I trust Dr. Carder to do a great job taking care of my precious little cocker spaniel!
