I just expected more of my cat to be examined. Other vets have checked his eyes, and combed through his fur. No complaints, just expected more. I m sure my cat was glad to be done soon and out of there!

Awesome love the vet we saw

The groomers do a satisfactory job but don’t listen to specifics. I like my dogs tail and eyelashes long and they always shave them. It’s frustrating and disappointing.

Cuddles was very happy, when I picked her up.

I marked one star on the provider question because I didn’t even get to meet them or speak to the provider who was doing the surgery. But It’s fine because he or she did a good job and my pet is still alive! Thank you!

Lori and hersister do a terrific job grooming our Bichon. They are always friendly and so good to our dog. The whole office is ery accommodating

Everyone was very friendly and I loved how they treated my very timid cat. We were there for vaccinations and a basic exam and they were kind and loving to her, even when she was nervous and growling. I felt very comfortable with this first visit here after my former vet retired. Thank you.

All staff members were wonderful and kind. Everything was very clean. Thankful to have found this facility for my pet’s care. Very impressed with the overall care.

Nice fast appointment.

This was an emergency visit that required surgery. The vet was wonderful about getting us right in and getting our pup fixed back up. He was very kind and answered all my questions when I called. I do think their prices are high compared to others in our area but was happy he was able to save us a trip to the er vet.

I called a lot of different pet hospitals to find one for our new puppy. I was looking for one that was affordable, could me an appointment soon, and who would be friendly and helpful as this is my first time with a puppy! Canyon View Cares/ Ribbonwood was by far the kindest and most helpful on the phone so I was willing to schedule out to go there. Then I got a call saying they could squeeze me in since it would be better for my puppy not to wait for his shots! You got all 3 marks I was looking for and were so great with my puppy to help him be comfortable!

They were amazing. I really appreciate how helpful and caring everyone was.

This is the third surgery I have had performed by staff with various dogs. On none of these surgeries did staff follow up with me to check the status of my dog. I brought this to the attention of Dr Nathan right after second time. He assured me it was not the norm. Well when I brought Thistle in I asked both in the drop off and pick up if someone was going to check in with me. I was assured that yes they would. They didn’t. They also didn’t provide pre surgery instructions. Fortunately I’m a nurse practitioner and knew not to let my dog eat after after 8 pm. I spent a lot of money here. I’d expect better. I guess I’ll be looking for a new vet clinic at this point. So disappointing.

Thank you SO much for seeing Buddy on short notice in between other appointments. I really appreciated the calls from the doctor explaining the process.

Staff was great, price was great. 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone with a pet. Definitely will be going to them as long as I have pets. ????

I only wanted vaccination for my pups but was forced to get an exam at 48 bucks per dog. I ll be moving back to Bear River for my Vet needs. Thanks.

Hola amigos del hospital. Feliz de haber visitado este hospital me dieron buena atención y todo el personal y el doctor excelente atención y me ayudó el doctor con el idioma del español. Y regrese a casa tranquila y feliz de que hayan atendido a mi mascota y pudieron ayudarlo con su dolor . Consideraron y no dejaron sufrir a mi puppies. Sigan así y mejorando cada día más . Seré ahora su cliente desde ahora. Oh me gustaría que haya mas personas que corten pelos . Y no esperemos largos tiempos para poner bellos a nuestras mascotas. Que Dios los bendiga.
