When I showed up for my 2 Jan 10:30 am appointment the office was closed for the holiday. Just a paper sign on the door. No warning, no update to the scheduling system, no phone call. Time is the most valuable thing we have and mine was waisted. I understand the error, but a simple scrub of the appointment calendar could have fixed this.

I was very impressed by the skill and care they took with my dog. They got me in quickly and did a thorough job at finding what could be wrong with her. We have decided to move our dog there as her permanent vet.

This was the fourth time I have come to this clinic following attempts to be seen at our regular clinic. Given the fact that they got me in on Christmas Eve- eve ( our dog was hit by a car) and provided outstanding care, I can’t think of a better place to bring my business. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors were absolutely the most professional and friendly. Our dog is showing great recovery due hugely to the care received here. Crystal is absolutely fabulous with handling dogs and Leslie who works at the front desk is very kind.

I still feel you are charging far to much just for a nail trim. But I continue to patronize the office because Dr. F. Is great!

Everyone is so friendly and my pup loves visiting every month for her shots. My new dog had her first visit today and got star treatment.

Great dr. Always what my pup needs.. he is 10. And I love him as my child. Dr. K ew that and did great with questions and answers.

Shasta had runny/bloody stool that lead to constipation issues. We got her in right away & they fixed her all up!

Follow up/follow through is vital! I had bloodwork done on my pet & was told I d be called that same day to discuss results. Didn t happen. I called next day & they said they d call back. Didn t happen. The following day I called yet again. Finally a Vet called me back that evening. Everyone was kind, but I shouldn t have had to reach out so many times when the office committed to contacting me with the important information on day 1.

Everyone was so nice and explained things very well. They spent a lot of time with me and my cat and gave her the best care.

I was quoted one price and the final bill was shocking. a lot of money for a dog xray.

Always appreciate how quick we are seen when we go. My dog is always a bit nervous and she s always treated with patience!So very friendly !!

The staff concern about my animal was a comfort to me, especially when the surgery was over and he was ready to go home.

It smelled like animal urine everywhere, I realize it s a vets office but when I have been there before it didn t smell that strong. One tech (a brunette who was tall) was super nice another one came in with reddish hair up in a clip and I felt like she thought I was an idiot but the Dr was really nice.

This place was great. I am normally a customer of pet first in Brigham city Utah my dog has been going there for over a year year and a half I believe when she had an accident and fell and injured her leg in her back I called my vet at pet first to get in to be seen I was told there was no appointments for at least a week and then if I wanted to come in on an urgent care basis it would cost me double. I was unable to afford even A normal fit visit cost. Everybody around me kept telling me to call Canyon View Cares. I called them they made an appointment extremely fast that same day. At regular cost. I went in to visit and they were extremely helpful went B above and beyond to help me and my dog get better. They were only concerned about if my dog was OK not necessarily the cost that I would have to pay. They were more than willing to help work with me on the cost and payments. And the time of need of being extremely hysterical and my dog being injured they were angels I can’t say enough about this place they are great I think everybody should bring their animal to them and avoid other vets these guys truly truly truly care about your pet.
