The Dr there was amazing! It was Bruisers first time seeing her and she was great. She took her time to explain the medicine, the diagnosis and what needed to be done when we left from there. I will definitely be making another appointment with that Dr.

The doctor was in for 2 minutes max, I went in for a puppy check up and my puppy was not even examined. I thought they would have checked gums, ears, etc. that did NOT happen. Service was friendly!

I’m new to the area and this was a first visit with my new puppy. Gave the receptionist the records of all the puppies vaccinations she had previously received. The Vet tech never introduced herself nor did the Veternarian. He also started to give her a vaccine she had already had 5 days prior but I stopped him. Lastly the clinic does not carry Heart guard plus which I prefer to use. Other than that it was great.

The only problem I had was I waited over an hour after my 0800 appointment time. It would have been nice if I would have been informed as to why the wait time was so long. The care I received for Chloe was outstanding and the fee was very reasonable!

When I arrived to pick up my 2 dogs at 1:30 on Friday there were 3 other vehicles plus myself that had to park wherever we could because of a lack of parking spaces.
