Matt always goes above and beyond for us when we bring in our pets

The only problem I had was I waited over an hour after my 0800 appointment time. It would have been nice if I would have been informed as to why the wait time was so long. The care I received for Chloe was outstanding and the fee was very reasonable!

When I arrived to pick up my 2 dogs at 1:30 on Friday there were 3 other vehicles plus myself that had to park wherever we could because of a lack of parking spaces.

I didn t actually know what the costs were going to be until after the visit. I was called and told that there were no extractions. I didn t realize that was even an option. I guess I assumed if anything major had to be done, we would discuss it first. If it had to be done, so be it, I would have just been surprised because it never crossed my mind that Dan might lose a tooth during his cleaning.

Would be helpful if discounts or lower prices offered

It was easy to get an appointment, but it took over 45 minutes to be seen. I understand stuff happens, but I ve been seen quicker as a walk-in.

I was originally told it would be 220 and it was 280 for a neutering and hernia repair. It felt like the nurse was in a rush to get us out and we aren’t sure if we need to go back to get the stitches out or not. The only thing they told us was to give him his medication and sent us out. Instead of calling to tell us what was going on, they muzzled him. Which is completely unprofessional I would have rather went to get him than to traumatize him more especially considering when we left we didn’t hear him barking. The staff at the desk was not friendly. The doctor also didn’t come in to tell us how he did and if it went smoothly. We are very disappointed.
