Providing a clear pricing on services beforehand. Such as bath with nail clip vs the add-on service using dremel. The nail clip w/dremel seemed excessively high (price). I asked prior but the tech didn t know.

With the 3 dogs meds scheduling, on top of everything else we ve got going on in this house, the new Reminder/Scheduling system is so helpful. Being able to book in advance for the ProHeart is genius x3!!!! And I was able to confirm quickly thru Amy that my records were correct and the 3 Bravecto were also due. Thank you. p.s. Sid was very happy with the two nurses who gave him his shot. They were great! Calmest Sid s been! Pretty soon he ll be running thru the door to greet everyone! Thank You x2 for being so patient with him!

Everyone was fantastic! The receptionist was so helpful and fit me right in with my sick kitty. The whole vet team made me and my pet feel cared for and they fixed my baby right up! Will be returning with my other animals soon. Excellent experience!

The girls that you have working the front gate people and their job. I wish you could replace them with friendly helpful people who need a job and are thankful to have a nice place to work. The red hair girl is about the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life. She was rude two others while I was waiting. She is the first person you see and gives off bad energy when you walk in.
