I really appreciate my dog’s Veterinary. She is the best. I have anxiety and she puts my mind at ease. She is very thorough. And I know she cares about my dog and has her beat interest?

I have a speech disability and was unable to call the office to have a detailed conversation explaining my horses distress. The staff took, the time, and made the effort to commuticate with me via email, and set up, the farm call-out appointment. I appreciated their effort to help me and my aging mare. I dont always experience that effort to help with my disability at other businesses.

Five stars on all the questions. The people at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The tech who helped with my doggy was so pleasant and kind. And I especially appreciate the doctor explaining the test results and treatment plan. Many thanks to everyone!

I came in on a Friday afternoon because my dog, Tug, had a skin tag he had aggravated to the point it wouldn’t stop bleeding. Friday afternoon and a little past 5 when we were seen. I also asked for a vaccine that was due, labs for heart worms and his nails to be trimmed while we waited on the vet. “No problem” I was told and in all seriousness it didn’t seem to be. Not the vet or the tech seemed bothered by the time it was or that it was a Friday afternoon. I wasn’t rushed. Every single question was answered-and I had plenty! I didn’t even have to pay at that time. I was told we would do it all Monday which was surprising because I received both antibiotic and antiinflamatory med for Tug! Came back Monday early for a drop off for his procedure. I spoke with the tech who listened again to each and everything I said and answered all my questions. When I left, I was not worried or concerned one bit because I knew he was taken care of. 3:00 and I received a call that all was good and I could come get him. When it was time to pay for all that was done both Friday and Monday, I was floored at how reasonable it was considering the amount of skin tags removed. It was all there printed out and itemized. Not one thing was an outrageous price!!! AND he smelled good!!! I don’t know what they use but even 4 days later, he still smells great!!! I cannot thank them enough and I suggest them to anyone I know that has pets. I don’t just suggest, I highly recommend them.

The vets and all of the staff have always treated my animals and me with kindness. They have been very compassionate when it has been time to have to send two of them to the rainbow bridge. We will continue to use this clinic as long as we have pets.
