It was mine and my new pup s first visit to this vet. Everyone was super friendly, calm and patient with my pup. He is a little on the timid side but the staff really made the experience relaxed and an overall good experience for my pup. There was a lot of positive reinforcement for him which I loved. I look forward to bringing him back to continue his training that the vet is a happy place and to keep him healthy. This is the only vet that I know that offers a puppy plan with everything included for a monthly fee which will help save us a lot of money in the long run. Thank you!

She was very thorough and did not rush the appointment. I like that they have evening and weekend availability for an appointment.

I am so pleased with the timely manner that you were able to see Ruffin and get him back on the road to recovery. The staff was excellent. Ruffin is feeling much better.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I felt like the vets and staff were genuinely concerned for my pet and listened to me. My dog was scared and they were very patient with him. I’ll definitely come here regularly and recommend this clinic.

Dr. Saladino graciously made time in her busy schedule yesterday to evaluate, x-ray and make a cast for my dog who ended up breaking a bone in an accident. She was compassionate, professional and thorough and her staff were warm and friendly. If I called to check up on my dog, the phone was answered promptly (by a human being!! not a recording!! ) and I was given an update with very little wait. My experience with this office helped my dog (and me) through a stressful situation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I originally was set up with Banfield but had such a terrible time trying to even get an initial appointment and with just one call Ten Ten was happy to help. Now I use them!
