During my visit, the vet tech and veterinarian were very informative and gave me all the information I needed regarding flea treatment. They gave me my best options and were overall very kind and helpful!

I couldn’t ask for better care for our fur Baby. The Doc was clear and thorough with examination and treatment. Kind and courteous in a very clean and welcoming environment. I am very thankful for having the blessing of their care.

We really appreciate your practice taking in our dog on such short notice-especially since we weren t your client (at the time). The doctor was very caring and spent a lot of time examining our dog. The staff was very friendly as well. We are so happy to have found such a great practice.

The technician Laharin was very knowledgeable and able to help answer our questions with regards to our pet well being.

Wait time was an hour due to the doctor being in surgery. Perhaps there were complications, causing the procedure to take bit longer than expected, which can happen. Though, padding surgical appointments for this would lend to a better experience for scheduled wellness/sick visits. Also, I requested a fecal test as part of the routine checkup, but according to the invoice, it was not completed.

I would like a supervisor to call me regarding my bill.

Dr. Salidino is our favorite Veterinarian in NC. Her and the staff are great and take good care of our animals. It feels like going and visiting with good friends whenever we go to Shepards Vinyard Animal Clinic.

I was really happy that the the vet, Amanda Boulle Matrai, and her awesome vet tech took the time to make my dog feel comfortable so that they could give her 5 vaccinations so quickly and without any protest from my dog. They also followed up with me about two procedures that were upcoming afterwards. We had a wonderful experience today! Many thanks!

Great Job

I don t know if my values set for my answers, but here they are: 1.) 4, 2.) 2, 3.) 4, 4.) 3, 5.) 3, 6.) 4 The length of time it took us to be placed in a room when we had a scheduled appointment was long. Our dog gets anxious around other dogs and it would have been nice to have been placed in a room sooner. The front staff looked busy with numerous patient issues. I was fairly certain of the issues my older dog was facing, but when the Dr. said her breathing did not sound normal, he suggested a chest x-ray. He gave a very clear impression that although he also believed my dog to have pain due to arthritis (she is eleven) which was a reason for her panting, he would not prescribe pain medication until he took the chest x-ray. I am not sure what pain in her hind quarters has to do with nose breathing and her chest. I don t think we should have been required to either do the x-ray or blood work in order to be prescribed pain meds. Not surprisingly to me her x-ray came back normal. The question then is why did the doctor say her breathing didn t sound normal? I believe the answer came from the assistant who said our dog looked like she had a scratch on the inside of her nose. I noticed a scab in her nose as well and some bleeding from it. It seems very reasonable that her breathing issue is from the scab in her nose. Think about when you have a stuffy nose or a cut inside your nose that is scabbing over and it s hard to breath. The doctor didn t even comment on this issue. It felt like I was required to spend money in order to receive the pain medication for arthritis. That is undue pressure that I did not appreciate. Also, the doctor continually referred to my pet as he when she is clearly a female. If we continue at Walnut Creek, I will be requesting another vet. Thank you for allowing me to submit my comments.

I bring both my cats to this office to only see Dr. K. I’ve been to many vets in this area. I trust him to provide the best care.
