Couldnt get an appointment for over a week for an ear infection and severe itching? Luckily I got in on a cancelation. You are MY vet so what else am I to do when my animal needs medical care? Wondering if I have to consider going elsewhere to get help when I need to...my Doctor seemed like he just wanted to go home as I was his last appointment of the day. He even left before I did. My concerns about itching were basically just brushed off AGAIN. I feel like I get nowhere everytime I bring my pet in for what I feel are severe allergies. The issue is still not solved after I ve spent hundreds on the same problem with no result or solution.

Due to the Covid pandemic I was unable to go into the office therefore I could not see its cleanliness nor was I able to speak to my vet or accompany my pet. I understand that rules that have to be followed.

Every precaution was taken to safeguard every one and with warmth and care given . THANK YOU

Still waiting on pets evaluation. Was treated for an illness but no info on his health status like weight,and overall condition. Staff was very friendly and Dr.answered my concerns on illness

Amazing Experience, this was my first visit with NK Animal Hospital and I will never bring my pets to another facility again! Hand down the most professional, pet loving staff I have come across in my 30 years of pet ownership and all the vet staffs that come along with that time frame. Wish I had found them sooner! I feel that $278 in a pandemic is pretty dang excessive. Seriously do you think people need the extra stress on paying for mortgage with my hours cut and bills with the surprise bill of almost $300? Perhaps you could have suggested to space out their shots so I ( and other people) do not have to take such a huge hit like this!

Dr. Connor and staff has been wonderful taking care of Barley. We ve been visiting a lot during the COVID 19 but still feel he s being well cared for.

North Kingstown Animal Hospital has one of the most outstanding staffs I have ever known - Every one is a special person - I would not take my cat Rosie anywhere else

It was very easy to get my cat examined for an urgent matter during this time of coronavirus crisis. I just had to pull up to the building in time for my appointment and call from my car. The veterinarian remained in the building and a technician came to the car to bring our cat in for the exam. We kept in touch with our cell phones and the doctor did an excellent job of explaining what was found and what the treatment plan would be. The payment was handled over the phone too. Very easy.

You are also doing a great job of continuing your excellent practice while keeping everyone as safe as possible. Thank you
