While my questions were answered I missed attending the appointment with my pet. Parents of children can attend dr appointments why can t we attend with our pets? My cst was very upset and nervous in his carrier. I waited a half hour after my appointment time to be called. The vet tech was very nice but my pet was in and out in lije 5 minutes. Would have been nice to have met the Dr and been present for the exam.

I brought my dog in for a skin infection. Everyone was wonderful! I dealt with a new vet and she was super sweet when I talked to her before my dog went in! (Dr Balland?). The only thing is I thought she would call again once my dog was inside or after the exam was done. I have no idea what they did or what they figured out. That part was kind of weird. I also wouldn t have received an email receipt if I hadn t asked why I didn t receive a breakdown of the visit. Other than that it was good.

Laura rude and unhelpful. Does not clarify fees prior to visit. Was given a bill for $172 after visit had already been completed. Laura refused to let me speak to another manager stating she was the practice manager and owner.

I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes. Someone could have called so that we woulsnt have to wait in car that long. The doctor couldn t hear me on the phone so she hung up. Could have a better plan to discuss care.
