I just took my dog in for lymevand lepto booster shots. Very satisfied. I had to wait in lot. Did not see a Veterinarian. Visit was over in just a few minutes. The Vet Tech was very nice and courtious. I am satisfied with the level of care given to my dog. Thank you.

When I arrived and called in, the person who I spoke with did not speak English and I could not understand one word he said. As it turned out, a young lady called me while I was waiting and explained that I did not need the appt. if I did not want because my kitty cat was not due for her boosters until 2022 but I was more than welcome tohave her get a wellness exam. I declined at that time. I had made a mistake and she was very nice about it.

I feel North Kingston animal hospital is an exceptional animal hospital! I have taking 4 of my pets there over the course of 20+ Years. Through all those years I have Never had even a moderate experience, They’ve all been great! Thank you for calling the following day on Chubby s condition. She seems to be responding to the medicine - very little mucous to see. She seems to have loose stools which I assume is a reaction o the drops. Will be calling soon to make arrangements for the dental work. Wendy Eyre

I have been taking my animals to NKAH for the past forty years and have recommended them to many people who have then taken their animals there and they continue to use this vet to this day. Everyone is pleasant and professional and my pets have had excellent care there. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

When I arrived I called several times on the 295-9777 number and repeatedly got voicemail. People were arriving after me and we re getting seen and the phone was being answered for them as well. When finally a customer who was waiting dialed on her phone and brought the phone to me to say look they answered for me, then I finally got to speak to someone. After that I still had to wait while others were arriving with their pets were being taken in while I was still sitting there. Finally Kristen came out with Doctor M and they spoke with me saying my appointment was with Doctor Hall(it wasn t it was with Doctor Hopper) then they told me that doctor hopper had an emergency. I said that I would come back and wait for Doctor Hopper then we spoke about why it was that I was there. The end result was that Kristen and Doctor M took very good care of my Brady and I felt satisfied because he was finally seen. My bill was quite High though!

I felt really rushed. The dr. and technician came outside to discuss, but the dr. went back inside quickly. The technician talked to me a bit longer, but I didn t have enough time to get all of my questions answered. Then when I called back to ask the question, someone with an accent so strong was not understanding me. This was my first unsatisfactory visit. I have always had good experiences, but this appointment was disappointing. Thank you.

Last Question don t know I didn t go in. I felt rushed and agervated . Vet didn t do nails. And felt very sad my dog was so scared. Some has to do with covid , but still felt rushed like one in one out. A lot of money for that service. I went to Bamfortth for ever never felt this way

Well visit for small dog over $250.!! I never expected it to be that much (even with shots). I have been going to NKAH for 20 years. Appears to me, prices have gone way up. I hate to leave but I am going to interview other veterinary office.
