As more people get vaccinated in Rhode Island, I would love to be able to come in the office again, especially if I can prove I have been vaccinated by showing my vaccine card. Although the vet came to the parking lot, was very nice, and answered my questions, I thought a lot was lost by not being in the room during the exam.

My dog is nervous going to the vet and I can t wait to be able to go in with him, but I LOVE waiting in the car with him to be called in. He gets stressed out waiting in the waiting room to be seen, so I might opt for that when you open fully if that is possible.

Everything was ok, however we were not given the opportunity to accept or disagree with the service. We knew she was getting a Rabies shot and her ears looked at that was it. I left before I could be served. Took 3 calls to get through just to advise that I arrived and waited 40 minutes in a hot parking lot with a yapping dog before I gave up. I ve been a client since 2007 but wait times have gotten progressively worse. I m a lawyer and would never chronically overbook so as to ALWAYS keep clients waiting. I quit. ?????

I can’t say enough about how kind , caring and sweet everyone is. If Covid isn’t enough to stress you out , taking your pet who is not feeling well can really get you depressed. But seeing these wonderful , cheerful people helped me tremendously to get through it all. THANK YOU SO MUCH ??
