I love Northwest Animal Clinic. Dr. Faulk is very knowledgeable and efficient. More importantly she is very kind, easy to talk to and you feel like she truly wants the absolute best for your best friend. The rest of the staff just embraces you and your pet. I have had a lot of dogs and cats since I do rescues. I have been going there for many years without a single complaint. I feel like the are my family.:)

The doctor did not give me an opinion about the lump on the cat s face. I was hoping to get a copy of the after visit summary. Also, there was no mention of the plan for FVRCP inoculation, which my old medical record showed is due 07/10/2026.

All staff is always so pleasant and genuinely kind whether its answering the phone, checking in/out or during care. I am so grateful for their compassion for all the animals and their humans.

The office staff was wonderful and Dr. Falk was attentive and made sure to address everything we were there for. So glad I decided to call and come back to the office. Don t know why I left in the first place

It’s funny you asked about cleanliness because even though the practice has been super clean every time I’ve gone there, while I was waiting for my dog, I said to myself that this is the cleanest veterinary practice I’ve ever seen.

We have been clients of Northwest Animal Clinic for more than 30 years. We lost our precious Keeshond a year ago and just recently adopted a tripawd dog from the Eastside Shelter. Our boy was having loose stools and had a tear on his paw pad. Mia, was able to get us in the day after I called. She was wonderful, as was everyone at the clinic. JW took a thourgh history and showed us pictures of his dear dogs that look like our boy. We had never met Dr.Lopez, but we really liked her. She listened to our concerns and gave us practical medical advice. We are GRATEFUL for ALL of the compassionate people that work there and care for our precious angels in fur. THANK YOU!

The moment I push open the door to NW Animal Clinic, my 8lb. Auggie is on a mission. Pulling at the leash he powers his way along in search of Yvette & Mia behind their front office desks. They give him a welcome that stays forever embedded in that little head. While sitting in the waiting area out of the corner of his eye Auggie will see staff members busy carrying out their work. There goes Tori, here comes Tanner, Deb s moving fast. Then JW comes to tell Auggie it ll just be a second & I ll be with you. Auggie relaxes after seeing his people are there. JW asks me how Auggie s been doing then he takes Auggie to the back for his cytopoint injection. It s been a miracle shot in controlling his allergies. Dr. Lopez is there. I have found her to be very knowledgeable, very thorough in treating my Auggie & Zoey. Just like Dr. Falk, I like how she thinks. She s been very caring with my dogs, listens when I explain their symptoms, she s a good fit to NW Animal Clinic. I m happy that Dr. Lopez is here. Auggie finished, we re close to the outside door, but no, Auggie pulls at the leash circling back to tell Yvette and Mia goodbye. What a Place!
