Yvette & Mia are incredible & so is the man tech who expresses anal gland & gives vaccinations. I always feel very welcome & very well taken care of. Today there was a mixup between my husband & myself. Mia & Yvette were so accommodating to get us back in to get the rest of the dogs even though the mixup was entirely my and my husband’s fault.

I really like how NW Animal Clinic & Hospital accommodate my dog who isn’t dog friendly. They always lead us to a room, so my Buster doesn’t come in contact with other pets. Dr. Falk is alway friendly and professional. Everyone there always make it a pleasant visit.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Dr. Lopez took all the time necessary to check our dog, Lulu. She explained everything and I was very satisfied even though it was very difficult to find what is wrong with Lulu. She seemed to be back to normal last night and this morning. I ve been taking my pets to NW Animal Clinic and Hospital since the 1980s. I have always enjoyed the people and have been so appreciative of the compassion and caring and skill of the personnel, and I will continue to bring my pets to them.
