I am pleased with the staff, service and the facility

I love coming to the West Lehigh Veterinary Care office. My pets are well cared for and there is a sense of peacefulness and calmness when you enter the building. The vets and entire staff are very welcoming and caring. A sufficient amount of time is spent with each patient. They look at all info before diagnosing and before automatically ordering blood work and x-rays. The thought that went into designing the practice is obvious. It is second to none!

Our dog had been vomiting, I called and he was seen within the hour! Dr Hernandez and West Lehigh Vet are wonderful ! Excellent care always!

The office staff was very nice and helpful. (This was our first visit.) Dr. Donna was great with Edi. Edi was being shy after being at the other vet office earlier this week. Donna was super patient with her and was really able to work on her. I could tell she was feeling some better even before we left.

We re so thrilled to have found Dr. Donna for our Annie! We knew something was off and I thought that a chiropractor could possibly help and we hit the lottery! Annie feels so much better and is so much happier! Thank you! She went above and beyond to talk to our vet about Annie and really appreciate that.

Office was clean and attractive. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Hernandez was great as usual. She acts as if she really likes the animals (a quality not always found in Vets but it should be). So glad this practice opened! I am recommending to friends.
